Do not go to Amini’s. Their customer service is terrible. They do not stand behind their word or products for that matter. I would recommend any other leisure store over Amini’s.
They delivered damaged product and provided me with a written agreement to replace the damaged item and 9 weeks later they are trying to determine if they are going to send out a service person to repair the visible damage or replace it as they agreed to upon installation IN WRITING WITH PICTURES SENT TO THEIR MANAGER! I was told it would take 2 – 6 weeks for the replacement item to come in and after contacting the store 9+ weeks later they are determining if they are going to repair it or replace it. I did not purchase a floor model…
If you are looking for any type of gaming/​leisure product product I urge you to go elsewhere. Please do not make the same mistake as I did.
