Awesome coffee! They have traditional coffee and lattes, as well as some interesting Hawaiian inspired flavors. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is located inside a hotel, catering to guests’ breakfast needs. I went there out of convenience without that much to expect. I ordered an iced coffee and their homemade coconut Mac scone. Coffee was good, but what’s more notable is the scone. They don’t carry too many baked stuff, given the limited space they have, but everything there is homemade. Out of curiosity, I bought the scone and I am glad I did. This is the scone version of popular coconut mac pancake. However, the outer crust is crispy and glaze is sweet, smelling coconut. Personally, I like this better than the pancake version elsewhere. I paid a total of seven dollars, and the scone was good-sized and filling. The cons: I didn’t find any free wifi. The view from inside is not exactly ocean view and they close kind of early. Considering those, four stars but I give the scone five. I loved it!

Coffee was delicious, girls were nice but a little bummed when I saw the 10% off for mothers and she could see I was with my son and didn’t offer. I think they were struggling with little rush but sandwiches were very good

this is the main coffee shop of the hotel and it’s takes 20 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich from inattentive servers, and it was terrible. They over-microwaved it to dryness, and I don’t know how they cook the egg for it to turn grey. I definitely expect better

We love this place! The coffee is amazing. I’m a Starbucks fan and think this place is so much better. Plus the local treats are delicious!

As expensive as I thought the guys across the street were, absolute sticker shock here. $ 7.00+ for a 12 oz double shot hazelnut mocha. Sure Kona coffee is good, but $ 75 per gallon for coffee flavored steamed milk is way out of line. I’ll switch back to a plain old cup of coffee, usually with free refill.

The brew coffee was good but the lattes were not that good. If you are new to town and love coffee, try their brew coffee.

Fresh coffee and breakfast with an ocean view is as good as it can be. Staff is helpful and friendly. Used my Unilocal check in to avail of a free fresh cup of brewed coffee with refills! Croissant with ham, cheese and egg $ 9.00. Pricey right?

They locked the door and closed up as we were walking to the shop. Really disappointed because the hours of operation said open till 6pm.

Great coffee, friendly &FAST service. Got to give credit for the only lady working there. You go girl! We ordered the So Tropical fruit smoothie and it was delicious! They use fresh fruits and the smoothie had ‘smoooth’ coconut fruity taste with a pina coloda aftertaste. Yummy! Also got a simple iced latte that was perfect as well. Along with this I was able to get a free Kona Coffee for free for spending over $ 10(with a Unilocal check-in).

It was a fantastic experience! I had a iced latte that was very tasty and well priced. The seating was comfortable and the AC was perfect for a humid day in Kona. The only thing was the music was a bit loud for studying. I definitely would come again!

I loved the Unilocal check in offer– I got free morning coffee just down stairs from my room in the Marriott hotel for two days. It was so good that I bought two bags of their coffee. Great marketing scheme. We also had their crossiants with egg for breakfast– very tasty and quick if you got a full day planned and don’t want to waste it on a long breakfast. Kids loved it. If you want a flavored drink– try their Macadamia nut drink, it’s sweet and nutty… so good.

Super friendly and peppy staff. Their danishes are totally delicious and their coffee is good too. There are lots of tables for sitting and reading and they play good background music.

We enjoyed this place. The Hualalai Joy is amazing!!! Prices a little high, service a little standoffish, but we would be back to try other drinks.

After a casual walk down Alii Dr, the Menehune Coffee Company was a welcoming & friendly place to stop for a lite breakfast & cup of Joe. My hazelnut latte was creamy & delicious along with a breakfast bagel in which you could choose which meat, cheese or bread you wanted. The bagel was not too hard & it was fresh. I love to people watch from this area.

This is my favorite place to go for coffee while in Hawaii. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even saw them joking with each other and with the customers. The location is great and there is plenty of room to sit with family and friends and enjoy coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. The baked goods are some of the best. The coconut macadamia scone was one of the best scones I’ve ever had. And the almond bear claw was delicious as well. I had an espresso and really enjoyed it. Very smooth and went well with the scone. My wife had the cappuccino and it was delicious. Wish I lived in Hawaii so I could come to this place more often!

I liked their coffee, and even though they don’t make it there, the lilikoi mousse cheesecake(passion fruit mousse). It is a bit warm in there, so if you’re struggling adjusting to the tropical weather, maybe try a different place… or just buy a cheesecake and take it into the adjacent air conditioned hall :-P
