The ladies at the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful. I enjoyed a 50 minute massage with Sharon. She is incredible– a massage goodness. I am a member of hand and stone (not at this location) and have never had a massage as the one I experienced here with Sharon. Cannot wait to come back to see her again!

Bad massages and bad customer service. Take your business elsewhere. Not worth it. I did not get what I came in there, the technician was horrible, and their customer service afterwards was just simply non existent.

Terrible experience for me and my friend. The staff was 15 mins late, never had that happened in spa anywhere in the world. Not a big deal we were not in the hurry. More importantly a week later my neck still hurts so much that no tiger balm helps. My head movements are restrained. Avoid this place if you can.

We tried to book a massage but they demanded a credit card to hold the reservation. We wanted to go by and pre-​pay with cash. Denied. Sorry, massage place; we won’t give our credit card to someone over the phone with whom we have no prior business relationship. They must be doing great business though, to refuse a cash pre-​paid appointment. Good for them.

Major recommendation for Allen here at Hand and Stone. Been going to him for a few months now and he is great. The membership rolls over monthly if you don’t get a chance to come in every month, which is also a perk. Love this place.

I came in for a facial. The facial was professional, but the staff was trying to sell me additional products and services the entire time. Check out was especially bad — I had to decline the membership four times. It made the whole experience less than the relaxing retreat I was hoping for and paid for. I likely won’t be back.

Great calming atmosphere. I would recommend Sherry she is so kind and caring. She has pointed out muscles I did not even know about that could be underlying cause of my headaches and dizziness. I have tried everything from chiropractors to acupuncture, but she has been the most helpful!

I received possibly the best massage I have experienced at Hand and Stone. I have been there on two occasions and both times I was delighted. The second time I had a massage there my massage therapist relieved my pain more efficaciously than any chiropractor, acupuncturist or physical therapist has done in the past. Her awareness of the problems that I was having with my back and my neck and how to relieve them was nothing less than astonishing.
The entire staff was friendly, helpful and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my experience there. The spa is immaculate, and the staff totally professional and courteous.
