I am giving one star for the experience I had at checking in at Jupiter EWC, not a wax.
My 12 year old daughter wanted to get her eyebrows waxed. This would be her first time and we made an appointment.
We show up for the appointment and they start to fill a profile for her.
They take her name and address and everything is the same as mine, her mom.
The receptionist then tells me she needs mum daughter student id to prove who she is. I tell the receptionist she is in grade 6, she does not walk around with student id.
I then ask her, «my daughter cannot have her first free wax unless I can prove she is my daughter?» The receptionist said, well she might come in next time as a Stephanie or a Michelle and keep getting free waxes.
So then I was mad that she inferred that I would change this special moment to a scam and take my daughter all over Florida changing her name to get free eyebrow waxing. I cancelled my appointment and walked out.
Please note that my 14 year old came to this same place with me for her eyebrows and I needed only to prove my residency for her free wax. Why would I think it would have changed or that there had been so many moms scamming their company with their young daughters. (Which I do not believe)
So I made an appointment with the European wax center in West Palm Beach.
I walked in with my 12 year old daughter again. This time ready with her school id.
The manager started taking our information. At this EWC he did not ask for my daughters id. He asked me for id to show I was a FL resident. I asked him if he needed to see my daughters id and he said no.
I was so happy with him. I then relayed the story I just went through and he also thought it was ridiculous.
I have always had professional waxers in every location I have been to. This review is strictly on the customer service I was given at the front desk. They have lost me as a client. Companies should know more customers talk about bad experiences then good, and I will be telling this story to many people.

Amanda is amazing! Knows what she is doing and is helpful. I have been burned so many times from getting my eyebrows done and never have had that issue at EWC. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Today was my first experience here. It was awesome… I called last minute and I had an appointment for 15 minutes later! Their products are awesome and my eyebrows look fantastic! (And I’m super picky) Also, new customers get their first visit free! Definitely will be back!

Go to European Wax Center, you won’t be disappointed! Clean environment, they are always on time & very personable! And they take their time and don’t rush through it. Get the packages, they are a better deal. Highly recommend!

It’s been about two years since I’ve been a client and I refuse to go anywhere else. The customer service and hospitality have always been top notch, especially with Summer and Abigail. Amanda is by far the most amazing waxer I’ve ever had. Brazilian waxes aren’t exactly a walk in the park, but she completes the job quick and easy so that it’s less painful, yet still extremely effective. I would refer her to anyone.

I love this place. I’ve been going for almost two years to Amanda and she is awesome. Gets the job done quick and easy and never misses a stray hair. A master w wax & tweezers! Easy to talk to and always professional. Great place!

This was place incredible. I am so happy with the service. They took me for a same day appointment and my first wax was free.
The staff was great. Professional, clean and talked me through the entire experience. My eyebrows came out the best ever. I will never go anywhere else.

Love this place! It’s clean and everyone is friendly and greets you right as you walk in. The prices are affordable. I see Amanda for my eyebrows and she is amazing. She takes the time to answer any questions you have and even goes through how to find your arch and how to determine where your brows should start and stop. I will never go anywhere else again!

This place is seriously amazing! I use Isabella and she is so wonderful! They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! The prices are pretty good and they have some great package offerings. They use a special kind of wax that only sticks to the hair and not to the skin so it’s a lot less painful. I highly recommend!

If you are going to go and get a Brazilian wax then go here and ask for Amanda. I’ve been getting waxed for 10 years and hands down she is the best yet. It’s the least painful wax I’ve ever had and she does an excellent job. I only wish I had found her sooner. I’ve always managed to get an appointment easily and have never had to wait.

Today was my first visit to this location, and there are always nerves involved when having a sensitive place waxed. Scheduling my appointment was super easy and it started right on time. Mollie did an excellent job! I would certainly recommend any European wax center and especially this location.

Was referred by a friend and this place did not disappoint. I walked in and was promptly greeted and introduced to the salon. For Florida residents you get the first wax free-​what a nice surprise. Keisha helped me out and she was so friendly! Really spent a nice amount of time helping my eyebrows out :) and she told me what she was doing the whole time. I felt the place was very clean and enjoyed the different kind of wax they used. Good eyebrow shadow colors too!!! Already booked my next appt.

Great wax experience every time I go! I cannot go anywhere else now.

I have been waxing for a long time now, over 5 years. When first came to European Wax Center, I was hooked, I’ve been to many waxing salons and this place has it all. For one, the wax is very gentle on your skin and not irritating. Their after wax products, such as the ingrown hair serum is my favorite. This stuff is like a magic potion, it clears up the skin after just a few uses and I had tried a million products before this one but this is great, I use it everyday. As for this location, I really can’t say enough great things about it. The girls in the front are incredibly sweet and helpful. They are all very professional and welcoming, I haven’t walked in without ever being greeted with a friendly hello and a big smile. They are attentive to your needs, and remind me constantly of new deals and packages to for my specific needs. They are great about calling to remind me of appointments ahead of time and make rescheduling easy and stress free. As for the professional waxer, I have tried several, Lisa is the best. She is warm and welcoming. She is very outgoing and has a bubbly personality which keeps the session light and relaxing. Getting your bikini waxed by a total stranger can be very embarrassing and talk about invading your private space, literally, but I have never felt uncomfortable with her. She does a really great job and is quick, no lengthy painful wax session here. All in all, excellent wax center, so glad I found you.

Wax on, wax off. This place is spot on professional, clean, nice and not the cheapest but def worth it.

Oh dear. Surprise! These are not highly trained aestheticians doing the work, by and large. Of course, they try to sell you products and bundles of sessions. DON’T DO IT. Try one first. I bought the bundle and had three of the WORST eyebrow jobs I have ever had. They get to keep the $ for the rest. I’m not going back. What a nightmare.

We usually go to the Green Hills location in Nashville TN but we’re on vacation and this location was close to our hotel. Keisha did my wax. She was professional and did an awesome job! My friend was with Jeannie and thought she did an incredible job as well. Best ever. You can’t go wrong with the friendly front staff. I felt more welcome and taken care of here than at my own location at home.

I have be a client there for a year, the waxers are always professional however a lot of the one’s I like, including my favorite, are no longer there. The rooms are very clean. The front desk staff is no longer as friendly as they once were, and I feel like they are rush the appointments. There usually is a wait even when you make an appointment and I attribute that issue to the schedulers. I for one do not like when the person waxing me is rushed. Some services are not the most comfortable and to feel as if you cannot even talk with the person waxing you in fear of slowing them down is not good.
