Comfort Inn & Suites

Do not stay here! Paid $ 230 for one night for a suiet the air conditioner in the living room was completely inoperative and the one in the bedroom every time it cycled on made noise like crazy. It kept me up the entire night. Spoke to front desk the next day they told me I would have to speak to the general manager which never called me.
I called headquarters which is Choice Hotels the umbrella over Comfort Inn and other chains they did nothing either told me they were unable to refund my credit card that it would be up to the hotel because it independently owned. They said we will send an email to the GM to return a call to you and if I don’t get a call in three days they would do something. So after three more days went by I never heard from anybody at Comfort Inn so I called Choice Hotel headquarters back, they said we can give you some points for a future stay but we have no ability to refund your money. It was a big run around for a simple refund that was most deserved. Never again will I stay at any of their hotel chains. Hampton is the way to go!

It was a last minute booking
The front desk gentleman was super nice. Check in was fast
The room was clean quiet and comfortable
The bathroom was very clean and everything worked well. Good water pressure
Coffee in the room
And a microwave & mini fridge which is hard to come by.
They serve breakfast in the lobby in the am however I did not partake.
Check out was quick and equally friendly

Nice hotel that is currently being renovated.
The lobby is very nice and our room is spacious.
Air conditioning worked well in our room.
Shower was big and pressure was good.
Lots of choice for breakfast in the lobby!
Very reasonably priced!
I did not like how our room had a connecting door to the next room, and you could hear everything going on in the next room.
There was also a leak under the sink in the bathroom, which I told front desk about when we checked out since we noticed it late the night before, and didn’t want maintenance coming that late.
Other than those two things, the hotel was great!

No issues whatsoever and I’m extremely picky.
Stayed on the 4^th floor in a corner room.
Clean, quiet, safe. Comfy bed and pillows.
Being a single woman traveling alone, I would stay here again if I had to.
Close proximity to publix and restaurants.
Friendly and accomodating staff.
