Staff is much better than 2 stars, the rating is for the parking lot layout. If there is a line at the drive through and you parked your car you may be blocked in. FRUSTRATING! They need to move that location as this happens every morning.

Save yourself the frustration and drive to the Starbucks at Fisherman’s Wharf. This one and the one on Military are like Starbucks imposters serving old, stale coffee, and long service waits.

Working in the service industry I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this has gone on for far too long. There is one cashier in particular, an older lady, that has messed up my drink numerous times. I get a plain black coffee. A PLAIN BLACK COFFEE. It’s quite possibly the easiest drink. I’ve gotten everything from a coffee with extra cream and sugar to black coffee with 4 pumps of Classic today. Is there a way to request a different cashier? Everything goes smoothly when she’s not there, but I don’t think I’ll be taking the chance of anyone messing up my drink order again.

This Starbucks kinda sucks. The air is broken, it’s smelly, ugly and dirty inside and there is no toilet paper in the bathroom. The trash cans are all full and the floor is sticky. This location blows. Better off going to Dunkin down the street

Still loving this Starbucks! They really know how to rock my super special order frappé! Everyone is super friendly, even when the line wraps around the building! LOL which is frequently, but the barista’s there keep it moving! Great location right off of 95.

Out of visiting numerous Starbucks in at least 5 different countries this is the Worst starbucks service ever because of the hassle of the drive thru, i ordered 3 orders, 2 came wrong and in a very long time plus one of the people working here was talking back at me when i was complaining to her.

We usually use this drive thru every day. Today we went to Starbucks for the usual order of my cup of joe. Yes, the drive-​thru can be slow at times, but it’s convenient to not have to unbuckle and buckle two kiddos and dodge the traffic when you want some caffeine. Today there was a sign that the drive-​thru is closed due to a power outage. My two young boys said they wanted to use the restroom. I had cash so I thought maybe I can get a cup of coffee because the few times a store has had a power outage you can still buy coffee with cash. We walked in and ten people told us at the same time they were closed. I asked if my boys could use the restroom. The manager told me that they are not allowed to let people in when there is a power outage. I do not understand what a power outage and two little boys having to use the restroom have to do with each other? Can someone please explain that one to me?

So we go to Starbucks to get a drink one drink four cars in front of us were waiting like 20 minutes we finally get to the window they don’t have change for a hundred we ask why it’s taking so long the guy says there’s only two employees in the store we asked to speak to the manager she’s back in the office taking her lunch break then we leave only to find out we receive the wrong drink so my wife and horror and anger called back to speak to the manager who still on break and begins to vent her frustration we asked how they going to compensate us for the bad drink she says we can go into any store cuz its corporate policy and make a complaint and they’ll give you a free drink nullifying herself of any wrongdoing or any issues so stay away from the store

Been coming to this location for months now. While I love the crew, the service has been getting slower and slower as each day passes, whether inside or drive through. They often mess up the drink order too. Hoping for improvements soon.

Good Starbucks crew. Terrible drive thru and on site parking. The drive thru wraps around the Starbucks store, but the lanes are narrow and if there is a long line, don’t expect to be able to back your car out.

This Starbucks is right by my house and right off I95. Very convenient. They do close a bit early. Never a long wait.

Points for convenience right off Indiantown Rd. near the I-​95 exit, and proximity to lodging, but they close pretty early here. I tried to saunter in just before 9PM once, and they were done-​zo. Still, I managed a couple lattes here in the mornings.
This is one of the newer, free-​standing SBUX drive-​thrus — usually with these, you get the baristas paying too much attention to the cars and not enough to the walk-​up customers, but this one seemed well-​staffed, and while they were efficient, they didn’t rush out crappy lattes either.
Good bit of outside seating, with a fantastic view of, well… Indiantown Rd.
