Green Beans Coffee

Customer service is good, but for the owner: Please review your breakfast burritos! They are HORRIBLE. I have done this to myself three times in hopes of them getting better, and they don’t. It tasted like a mixture of freezer burn and hand soap. If I could recommend, use real eggs and add potatoes (the fake egg thing is not propping up your margin, I can assure you). I am sure you are not even aware of how bad they are, but the taste is so offensive that I don’t think I will go back there. I don’t even think the employee could have made it any better than it was, the food is just that cheap and of poor quality. If the business is putting that kind of care and effort into their food, what does that say about their coffee? I understand you are trying to keep your costs down, but come on, you are a lunch wagon coffee shop;costs are already bare bones… Please, rethink your inventory selection. Like I said, customer service is great, but your food is going to get someone sick.
I recommend going the extra 10 yards into the mini mart and buying a fresh cup of Seattle’s Best for 80% of the cost of this place, especially with that poor product quality.

I’ll just start off by saying that the girls there have poor customer service skills!!! I’m a regular at the other location as I’ve written a review about there n have had exceptional service, so I thought it would be the same here, WRONG. The muffins too, are not fresh, and when asked about it, they give a hasty reply, that it is fresh. I’m not coming back here ever again, ill just get the coffee from inside the mini mart, until they change the workers there or they take a class on proper customer service.

Love Green Beans Coffee! I am so glad to have an alternative to Starbucks. This location is convenient for me when I don’t want to get out and go into the NEX. I always get the same thing (iced hazelnut mocha breve with 1.5 pumps of chocolate) and for the most part they always make it just like I want! Sometimes they will forget and use regular milk and I can always tell by the color of the drink that it’s not right. I am also glad they started extending their hours. I think they used to just be open until 1 during the week and closed on weekends.

Location:
The coffee shack is located right outside the entrance of Holomoku Mini Mart in Pearl Harbor across the street from the barracks and next to Naval Station CDC. Parking is decent but be a cautious driver. I watched cars backing into each other because they are in a rush.
Food/​Drink:
The menu is the same for all Green Beans Coffee. I was surprised considering that they are literally a shack right outside the mini mart.
I ordered my «go to» drink (frappé). I was a little disappointed with the taste. I’ve ordered this drink numerous times at other locations and they are great. I think the milk that was added to my drink was spoiled because my drink tasted sour. I was already at work and did not want to drive back to complain.
Service:
The staff was friendly and service was quick. I waited in line for a few minutes and got my drinks about 5 minutes later.
Overall, I would come back to this location because it is convenient and I love how strong Green Beans coffee is. But I will definitely speak up to the staff if my drink isn’t to my liking before I leave the location.
