Ok. I went to Paul Bennett’s Studio yesterday(on a Groupon). And honestly I think I received the BESTHAIRCUT that I have ever gotten! I literally had 4 people that evening tell me I was a cute lady. My boyfriend noticed the cut immediately and commented on how much he liked my hair parted to the side, the hairdresser selected that part. I was extremely lucky to have the owner, Paul Bennett, work as my stylist. He explained that he was taking over the«Groupon’s» for the salon. A former employee had set Groupon up but then decided to stay home with her babies, leaving the salon with more groupon appt. s than the normal staff could handle. Give Paul Bennett a chance! Honestly they are FABULOUS! the pix posted does not reflect the haircut!

I purchased a Groupon to Paul Bennett’s Studio on 4⁄16 and have called them literally 12 times since then to schedule an appointment. Paul Bennett does not have a secretary, only a voicemail, so I have left them message after message(always during normal business hours) requesting that they return my call and listing my availability for the upcoming weeks. Still nothing. This has been the most frustrating experience, I have never seen such poor customer service INMYLIFE. I needed a haircut 3 weeks ago and had been putting it off to use this Groupon. After calling a dozen times and hearing nothing, I finally gave up and got a haircut elsewhere. I would never have made this purchase if I knew they were so understaffed and unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund back to my credit card for this wasted Groupon. Save your time and $, go elsewhere!
