(O)MG! The merits of this laundromat outweigh its shortcomings by three loads to one. At the top of the pile is customer service. Whether welcoming you with a smile or coming to the rescue after a washer eats your quarters, the staff help restore your faith in humanity. Quarter retrieval is in fact rarely necessary because the machines here are uncommonly reliable. At most laundromats picking a dryer that actually dries your clothes is a guessing game you lose half the time. At MG the challenge is finding a dryer that won’t get the job done. Now for a shortcoming: the place is too small for its britches. You may have to wait for a washer, hovering territorially around the one closest to done. Thankfully there’s free WiFi, not to mention a display of classic record sleeves on one wall. Give this laundromat a spin.

I went to this laundromat twice and on both occasions I was completely frustrated and disappointed by the staff’s attitude. The lady named Olga always wanted to turn customers away so she could go home early. DO NOT COME HERE if you can go somewhere else. Let me tell you my experience.
The sign on the door is misleading. It says the place is open till 10, but even when you had enough time to finish laundry way before 10, Olga would not let you do laundry so she could go home. «My bus leaves at 9:30,» was one excuse she gave me the second time I came here. I was like, «but you have to honor the schedule on your door.»
She kept giving conflicting excuses «No, the last wash is at 8.» «But I have enough time,» I said. She didn’t care that I had walked to her laundromat in sub-​freezing temperature. I even guaranteed that at 10, I will be out of here no matter what. Now she said «No, last wash 8:30. On the door.» (instead of 8). I asked her to show me, because I knew there was no «last wash» time on the door. Olga didn’t see anything, couldn’t say a word. I reassured, «I will leave at 10 on the dot,» hoping this woman would be sympathetic. All I got from her was more lies, «My bus before 10, at 9:50»!!! Who just said her bus was 9:30?
I know how long it takes to wash and dry my light clothes. I have washed my clothes in laundromats for so long, and have the courtesy to never make the staff wait past their hours. I was polite when I walked in and took my time to convince her that I will leave on time. But Olga tried to be mean for no reason. She lied to customers just because she is so scared to have to stay. She did not listen to reasons. She should consider herself lucky to have a job, but she didn’t care if the place she works for has customers or not. I suddenly remembered what a gentleman told me on my first time doing laundry here (same woman, Olga, tried to hassle me to make me leave). He said «they always did that. You gotta speak up.» He was right, and so I did speak up. But Olga did not listen to reasons.
If you can go to another laundromat, DO NOT go to this place. All you get is frustration that nobody, certainly not you, deserve.

Great service. Great prices. Very friendly staff. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable and you can’t beat their prices!

Clean laundromat, fast with drop off and pick up, and the workers there are really friendly and helpful. Every question or problem i have, they always help me in a really effective way. This laundromat is now the ine I always go.

MG is great. Price is fair especially considering the service. They’re always friendly and SUPER fast, both with drop off and pickup and actual cleaning time.

They’ve made a lot of much needed improvements lately including extending their hours.
I’d still prefer if they stayed open later on weekdays (last wash is at 8pm) but it absolutely do-​able.
It is extremely busy on weekends but very manageable weekday evenings. They have a coin machine, laundry supplies, dry cleaner, bathroom, free wifi, and tv’s.

Finally the place is under new management and not that annoying asian man who kept talking to you in Spanish the whole time you were doing laundry! Thank you!
They have a tv now to keep you entertained while you wait. New drying machines and reasonable price washing machines ($ 2 regular size load and $ 4 for large size load). They have a change machine and the guy in charge is cool and to himself.
