Things are getting way better then before, the staff is nicer and very efficient, but 4 stars… It is Domino’s, I’m Italian and American friends are still joking about the fact that they found the first Italian born and grew up in Italy, who likes Domino’s…I’m going to try the first Italian Domino’s as soon as I go to Milan and I’ll keep you posted ;-)

The«manager» has no managerial skills. My order took an hour to arrive and I live 4blocks away. When I called to ask where my order was the manager was not helpful and antagonistic about the whole situation. Considering Dominos is known for«fast food» you should be more accommodating, understanding and apologetic to your customers. Two pizzas should not take an hour to arrive. And if there is a hold up the establishment should reach out to the customer to say, «hey we are running behind,» not the other way around. When you are ordering food that is bad for you should at least get good service.

We had pizza delivered to our hotel, and it was pretty quick. Their online status system is pretty cool, and it was accurate. The pizza itself isn’t the best(it’s good, just not great), but I don’t expect amazingly good pizza for this price.

DON’T DOIT. Go to Pathmark and pick up a frozen pizza instead. Pros: 1) The deliver guy was a sweetheart, and apologetic for the pizza taking so long. Cons: 1) I live 6 blocks away and they managed to deliver me a cold pizza. 2) It took forever. In fact, their online tracking system said my pizza had been delivered 15 full minutes before it was ACTUALLY delivered(online tracking system exact wording: «Mmmm, it’s there. We hope you’re enjoying your meal!») When I called to ask where my pizza was, the girl on the phone told me I was mistaken. She said the tracker doesn’t actually mean it’s been delivered, even though it says it’s been delivered. Huh? So I asked to speak to the manager. After waiting on hold for five minutes he finally answered, only to make an excuse about someone accidentally hitting the wrong button too soon, which accounted for the tracker saying it had been delivered when it actually hadn’t. 3) 4) The pizza was greasy, greasy, greasy. The crust was covered in grease, so much so that I used a napkin to pick it up because I didn’t want to touch the crust. It was gross. 4) Did I mention it was cold? And greasy? Terrible combination… 4) The parmesan bread bites were hot, but they were drenched in butter, to the point that loads of it soaked through the paper pouch thingie the bread bites were in and then totally coated the inside of the plastic bag that the pouch thingie was in. The whole meal was disgusting. I’ve given this place three chances, and they’ve gotten worse each time. NEVERAGAIN.

This is not a review of the Domino’s product as it would be superfluous to review a pizza chains food. What is important is their quality, efficiency and customer service. In short, I ordered a pizza and the dough was not fully cooked and undesirable(NFL Giants v Jets on a FRIDAY night) really busy night for them. I called the store and the manager Leti was apologetic and rectified the issue on the spot. That’s a rare thing these days. That’s why I felt compelled to at least support this new stores efforts. In closing… Leti is great.

Placed an order, and cancelled it after one hour when the manager couldn’t give an ETA. Manager blamed the delay on a storm which had cleared out 3 hours before I ordered. Hopefully the delivery delay wasn’t because other people had been waiting for their food even longer than I had!

Great new revamped look. Pizza came quick and was perfect. Pay attention to the carry-out deals; they are the best value for money.

Spoiled is defined as having 2 domino’s within a 10 minute drive and then having a brand spanking new domino’s open within a 10 minute walk. It’s pretty bawsss to be able to comfortably walk and get domino’s to go in downtown JC. And little do you know that this is not your typical domino’s If you’ve ever braved getting pick-up from domino’s before you might remember how uninviting, drab, and gloomy, the stores looked. I guess they really wanted you to get delivery… In any case, this new domino’s should be the standard for all future stores opening. It is a small space, but somehow manages to be super welcoming and comfortable and is well designed. It’s far removed from the 1 man domino’s counters of the past as this one has its fantastic new kitchen on display in addition to some welcome seating, for those times you can’t make it back with those pies. Also, shout-out to domino’s for coming out with the pan pizza. We got this one with mushrooms and onions and I must say I now have no reason to ever return to pizza hut, not that I’ve been there since I was collecting book-it stickers, unless you also plan on coming out with an unlimited lunch time buffet. please? Bravo, pan pizza, bravo!
