So I checked in online and it said no wait. I get to the salon and there are two ladies being serviced. I get no acknowledgement from any employees and am ignored for now going on 35 minutes. I’m about to walk out. This is absolutely the worst Supercuts I’ve ever been to and management needs to be replaced as I’ve seen I’m not the only one who has these feelings. In addition, the app serves no purpose as I had to check in again when I arrived.

So I am here now and have been waiting to get my haircut for about 25 mins. I checked in at the kiosk but the staff has not given me even 1 update about when I will get called up. In addition people have been coming in based on earlier reservations made. So… do people who walk in keep getting bumped back like those trying to fly standby? The staff doesn’t seem very friendly or approachable either. Will update this after I finally get a haircut.

CONSISTENTLYCUSTOMERFOCUSEDWITHGREATQUALITY. I have been coming here since 2006(nearly 9 years). I am really happy with the prices and how they do my cut and color. They are pleasant, friendly, and customer focused. A tip: They are not very organized at filing the color cards. My last name is often misspelled and hard to find, takes a little extra time. A couple times, my card was never found during the last year. You would think this would be a problem for me, but it isn’t. The staff is so good at what they do that they can talk to me, look at me, and then… I get a color I like BETTER than the last one. So if they lose your card, don’t worry!

Went there and got my sons hair cut. It came out really nice, she did it exactly how I wanted it! Also I got my eyebrows waxed… The lady did a very nice job as well! She is the second lady that I would now trust to do them! I would go back there again

I’ve gone to this particular SuperCuts for the last year. The stylists are all pleasant and personable and I always have a good cut. They definitely know what they’re doing. That said, the management of this particular establishment is pretty dismal. On a few occasions there haven’t been enough workers to cope with the clientele load and there are frequent walk outs which cuts my wait time but you’d think they’d be able to maximize service by having at least 3 working at any given time. The computer check in system should be able to tell the timing and walk out rate and they could tailor schedules to the metrics. But I guess that’s just me.

My son had a bit of a haircut emergency at 8:20 on a Tuesday night. I called 3 Hair Cuttery’s and all of which answered the phone as if I bothered them and were closed or closing even though it said 9:00 online. I called SUPERCUTS. They answered the phone pleasantly and assured me they do not close until closing time. They take their«last customer» at 9:00. They sounded as if they would appreciate my business and now I’m happy to give it to them. The stylist was Evelyn. Thanks Evelyn!
