We have been using fedex printing services for years. Your experience at fedex printing is 100% based on who is working– some people have years of experience and are able to solve any problem. Others may not know what to do in some cases and give you the run around. I thought I would write a review because one employee worked extra hard to get an order done for our organization despite machines breaking down. Great customer service in this case.

This is the last time I will go to this store. While I have been there several times in the last year and been very satisfied, the service today came up short. As in short timing.
I came in 4:30 today, (Sunday) 90 minutes before closing. Needed 3 copies of a 175 page document, plain B & W, single sided, 3 holes punched (a simple order). Staff told me 24 hour turn around. (not on their website). This is short timing: it’s almost closing time, so the staff here stops working 90 min in advance.
Solution: Went to Office Max in Willow Grove (called first). Staff are professional and prompt. VERY Customer Service focused. Arrived there at 5:30 and 6:10 pm (10 min after closing), my order was finished to perfection. No short timing at Office Max.
NEXT TIME (there will be, I do a many large jobs): it is worth driving a little extra to get the job done the first time without the added aggravation.

I often have Kinko’s print up signage for my office. The end result is always nice — large scale, foam-​core backed signage is more than I am prepared to do at my desk with an x-​acto and some double-​sided tape.
BUT … every time, I check the box on my order form requesting a proof review BEFORE they print and assemble the job. Then I get a call … when it’s done. So I go to pick it up, and they ask, «Did you sign off on the proof?» I tell them, «Well I wanted to but no one called and thank goodness it looks fine.»
And then the cycle repeats itself. Kinko’s is the cheapest in the area and that is my office’s top priority, so I really don’t have any options here. I just wish they’d follow the instructions on the order form!
