I am obliged to give it a star, but it deserves a zero! I called four times, and each time they answered they hung up on me. I know it is snowing, but they could at least answer and let me know they are backed up. I called the corporate office in Michigan to complain, and I never call corporate to make a complaint!

Worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was luke warm and it gave me a headache while eating. The cheesy bread was nothing like it looked and barely had cheese on it. It’s like they literally tried not to put cheese on it.
It’s a shame it’s the closest dominoes to my house because I enjoy the dominoes pizza in the city and in other parts of queens but this one just isn’t good. Last time I order from here. You’ve been warned.

This place is crazy u order online, the tracker tell u it was ready u get to the store u will be thinking it really for u to pick up I was standing there for 5 mins ask how long it going to take he tell me 5 mins when I turn my head over I see the lady just started to make the order not only she making the order she use her bare hand to make the order after I see her touching boxes and doing other things… where her glove to make people foods… that was so nasty…

I ordered a pizza and wings and it took an hour and a half to get here. The pizza was lukewarm at best and the wings were barely warm. The hotel I was staying at for the night had a dominos ad on the room key… the guy didn’t even know where the hotel was. It said he left the dominos location at 8:32 and arrived at the hotel around 9:20 — 9:30. I recommend anywhere but here for food! If I could I wouldn’t even give it one star! Unfortunately Unilocal makes you give at least a star!

Do I really have to give these people a star! 2 hours for a pizza and I can’t get someone on the phone or over a half an hour!!! According to the tracker my pizza has been done since 8:04 and it’s currently 9:01 and it’s not out for delivery yet!!! Ridiculous!!! It’s probably icy right now. DO NOT WASYE YOUR TIME!

terrible service and horrible delivery time. Tried to call and the phone was busy, took 8 calls over 15 min to just get the automated system. Seriously don’t order from here. Also i decided to call when the tracker on their site said my pizza was already delivered.

2 hour wait
no answer at the location. phone disconnects after about 20 minutes. my pizza wasnt slice. everything was cold. worst service i’ve eeeever experienced.

One of the worst places to order from. They’re so slow even with a full staff! Don’t even think about coming here on a busy day. The pizza tracker is grossly inaccurate, the status’ are bullshit. Even with five customers waiting to order, the window person will ignore them all, instead will label boxes.

i wish I thought about reading the reviews before I ordered. My entire order has been ruined! I ordered a bread bowl pasta & only received the pasta. 8 piece cinna stix without any icing. My lava cakes looked as if someone crushed them into flat pancakes. As of right now I’ve been waiting over an hour for my order to be corrected.

This rating is about service and not the product. I ordered a medium pizza and a cheesy bread with two dipping sauces. Needless to say, I did not get the dipping sauces. That was a minor issue, the bigger issue was the poorest customer service I encountered when I called to complain. I got someone who said he was the manager who did not seem able to grasp my complaint. He kept asking if I received the pizza or the cheesy bread and did not understand why I was complaining about the dipping sauces. When I finally said I had enough and wanted a name, I was placed on hold, without a name. What nonsense!

Worst dominos ever. Do NOT order from there. I ordered they told me it will take an hour and half to deliver I decided to do pick up instead which was supposed to be ready in 45 mins. Got there waited 30 mins and finally the pizza was ready, they messed up the order.

Dominos is going to damage it’s brand by keeping this franchise open.
Expect an average wait time of two hours. Don’t call. They’ll take 11 minutes then put you on hold just to hang up on you 6 minutes later when all you’re doing is calling to ask why it’s taking so long.
My most memorable experience with these guys is waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes for a pizza only to call and be told they fired the driver and had no one to deliver. They never thought it would be a good idea to tell their customers especially the ones who already paid online.
Don’t frustrate yourself. Stay away.

Despite all the negative reviews I’ve never had any issues with this particular Dominos. They never mess up my order and the drivers are always polite. The delivery time is a bit long, but I’m pretty sure they only have one driver so, I won’t take points off for that.
