I used to come here all the time. Whether early in the am or late at night the coffee was always fresh and just right. Not too strong not too weak. Now every time no matter what time the coffee is watered down. As if they keep reusing the same beans. In addition if I order hash browns sometimes it’s only 4 in the bag. To top it off the customer service has went down. Some of the employees, are not nice at all. Bring back the other employees I used to see there please.

Got an iced caramel latte. Guy making the drinks was nice and made it with a lot of caramel. The dunkin donut franchises around this area definitely put more effort into making customers happier than the ones around Jackson heights & East Elmhurst.
I normally don’t care for DD, but when it’s so hot outside, an iced coffee cools me down.

SAINT ALBANS, NY
This was my best visit to a dunkin donuts ever. The food was perfect and my coffee couldnt have possibly be any better. The guy was so polite and friendly he even gave me a free donut. I usually dont come here because of the surrounding stores but this place is so pleasant, clean and the food was great. Good job guys.
