Bella Pizza

I ordered from here 1 time because my usual place doesn’t deliver to where my shop is located. It was pretty good. I ordered the sauteed spinach, the chicken with mushrooms and fried calamari. No complaints. It came to about $ 30 with delivery. It was definitely healthy portions so it was worth it. The deliver guy was also very nice lol. I’d order again

I ordered penne a LA vodka and side of meatballs and surprisingly a heaping amount of pasta (in pretty good vodka sauce) came, five decent sized meatballs and free garlic knots that were fresh and delicious. Then they delivered it in like 25 minutes. Delivery guy is funny. Surprisingly nice delivery experience.

I will never ever ever ever, order from this place again it’s Awful. I called to order my dinner and the person who answered the phone it was a woman was so rude and then I asked the manager to call me back and he never did and then my niece called to order pizza and the manager told her that he knows he has people working for him who are in adequate and he does not care please people don’t order from this place until they get their act together we are being treated like trash. People coming to this neighborhood and take it for granted that we will just buy anything with any type of treatment and that is not the case. They have to get their acts together or we will not buy their products. C. Woods

WROST SERVICE of my life. I waited for over 2 hours for my order. When I called to speak with the manager he told me that he didn’t care. RUDE STAFF. DONT ORDER!!! If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble

I cant even explain to you what a disaster this eating establishment was. I ordered stuffed shells and cheese ravioli the other night at 9:01 PM EST through the application «Eat24». I paid for meal and tip in advance. I got my cold food 2 hours and a half later at 11:35 PM after being lied to by the owner, receptionist and driver. There was plastic in my stuffed shells.
It stated it was a 45 – 60 minute wait which was fine. By the time 10:30 came around (now an hour & a half), I called and was hung up on. I called twice and was put on hold 5 minutes each time until the girl told me, «your driver is on Sunrise Highway», maybe 10 minutes from my house.
After 20 minutes, nearing the 2 hour mark, I called Eat24, because the restaurant closed at 10:30 PM, and no one was picking up. Eat24’s Jenna contacted the owner and he lied saying he called me. I actually called him right away and he said, «I don’t know where the driver is. It’s been an hour. He left already. I’ll call him.»
Promptly Jenna called me back, and told me to call her back once the food came. My food came at 11:35 PM after the driver actually personally called me to tell me his GPS isn’t working and his phone died (how was he calling me?) Then, he said if I could give him driving directions. I wasn’t believing it. I got refunded by Eat24.
The food itself was cold and wasn’t amazing. Just ordinary Italian food. They included free garlic knots but the food wasn’t tasteful period. Rude and unprofessional establishment. Would avoid like the plague.

Okay I went to this place and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it took them 30 damn minutes just to make this sandwich… And you would of thought this would be a bomb ass sandwich! NOPE it was dry and bland they just added the chicken lettuce tomatoes and the bread smh worst place ever!!!

Very unprofessional counter girl. Roff raff in and out. Loud and obnoxious. Not a place I would ever bring my baby again!

RUDE, RUDE. The cashier is unbelievably RUDE. Delivery guy delivered half of the order, came back 30 minutes later with the rest and had the audacity to have an attitude!!!

I logged on to place a review for this pizza, and I was quite surprised to see so many poor reviews. Now I can’t speak for the pasta and various other items they sell… Because I’ve only had their plain pies. But it’s by far my favorite ever. I always order a pie to go, so I can’t speak for the quality of those slices that are sitting out either. However, for anyone looking to grab a fresh pie and go – I highly recommend.

Decent pizza that’s not too far away. Very friendly staff, clean place. The pizza is soft, a bit too salty. And it seems they use too much cornmeal on the bottom dough. It makes my hands messy. All and all a decent pizza.

Food was terrible and the pizza had no cheese it was like the worst ever… the sauce was dripping off the pizza and hardly any cheese to keep it together. Service is always lousy…

Food is good! However, after this weekend, I will stop patronizing this restaurant. I attempted to order a slice of pizza with extra cheese. The woman who was processing the orders including taking money from customers’ hands and answering phones took a plain slice of pizza and without putting on gloves, dipped her hands in cheese and sprinkled it on the pizza. I told her immediately that I will not accept any order if it’s not prepared by someone wearing gloves. She told me to wait for the Latino gentlemen to prepare my slice. I was so disgusted, I kindly told to cancel my order and walked out. As there are a ton of restaurants in the area, I patronized another restaurant that practices good hygiene.

Pizza is okay. Prices are in line with the rest of the city. The biggest plus is the nice ample seating for my tired me, and the shopping center parking lot for my car.

One star is too many. I ordered the sausage roll which was too expensive if you ask me for the size. The roll was dry and tasted funny. They used thin sliced sausage which looked like sliced hotdog. I took one bite then returned it demanding my $ 5.75 back. This pizzeria restaurant needs to go so a real authentic pizzeria can take its place. I get a better pizza at Little Caesars for less. STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! Save your time and money. GO ELSE WHERE!!!

Really disappointed. This place is in a great location and I expected so much more. I had the «Bella Special» (chicken, broccoli, tomatoes & mozzarella) slice. Sounds delish, but poorly executed. My BF had a plain slice. Both slices were extremely dry. My slice in particular was overcooked to the point that my broccoli was charred on the ends.
Also staff argued, using profanity, in front of customers.
