OHMYGAWD, LOOKATTHISBURGER! ITISSOBIG! lol It was equally as tasty. It was like heaven on a bun! So juicy! I love fries. It comes with steak fries, but not enough for me. I’ll be visiting them on my cheat day too.

I usually don’t eat at the loop. But the one at the St. Johns center was amazing! The restaurant was clean very spacious. I got the great American cheese burger and it was amazing, the fries were good. Their ranch dressing and sweet tea were on point. The wait was a little long but it was on Sunday so probably the church crowd. This loop was really good. The staff were very friendly!

Nice place to eat! Just don’t look at the floor as you eat as its gross! Good food and shakes are awesome!

The food was blah the kids burger was thin like thinner than a Krystal burger. My chicken Cesar wrap was ok. Nothing spectacular. I haven’t eaten at the loop since I was a kid maybe 10 and then it was a actual sit down and order with servers type of restaurant. The bad news is my wife wanted a chicken sandwich and was almost half way through it when she started pulling a piece of hair out of her sandwich. They did refund us for that meal. I also had a cup of chicken gumbo which taste like straight up Campbell’s soup. All in all I won’t be back any time soon.

Seriously so good. The oreo shake is delicious and so huge. You get a glass full plus a huge extra amount in the silver mixing cup. And the cajun jack burger is so tasty! The honey mustard that comes on the side is the best honey mustard ive ever had! Love coming here for a quick bite on a cheat day!

Everything looked nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Just didn’t care for the food. The burger here was bland, even with all the fixings. Honestly I guess I like the burgers and fries at Five Guys better. Kudos, however, for the foil lining in the styrofoam to-go container so the styrofoam doesn’t melt and contaminate my burger.

I love the loop in general but this place I come the most often. I come so much that they remember me by face and by name. Now the fact that I come here so often that they remember me maybe seen as a negative thing but the part that I love is that they remember ME. That is the best form of customer service, when you recognize common customers and give them an individual feeling of coming to your establishment. Specifically on the food, I love the salads love the burgers. the place is delicious but mostly the customer service is outstanding!

Review for the pizza. They should be embarrassed. I’ve had better frozen pizza. Seriously tastes like what they would serve in a school cafeteria.

I’ve been to The Loop on St. Johns Ave in Riverside a few times so when I was shopping at the Town Center, I decided to stop by and see if it was as good as the one in Riverside. It was! First of all the place is a lot bigger than the Riverside location. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger with onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection and delicious. The onion rings were huge and fried to perfection. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean and the music playing was not too loud. All in all a great place to get a burger.

Always a favorite place to grab a salad, wrap, or hot bowl of soup. The best Tomato Bisque in town!

I’ve been to this Loop so many times, but this is the first time I’ve been the first customer! Usually get the awesome Loop Burger, today I’m trying the veggie pizza. Also, if you’re looking for tomato bisque, this is the place to get it! Yum! The Asian chicken wrap or salad is tasty too… hubby loves it! Oh, and I love the ice here!

The Loop is a long time staple in Jackonville. This location has a slightly more upscale feel than other locations I’ve been to. I enjoyed their cajun chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli. The chicken sandwich had great flavor and the broccoli, well, it was broccoli.

I’m a regular as I work around the corner. They have a good variety of food, I mostly eat the pizzas with a side of homemade chips. Get the oreo milkshake if you can handle it, much better than anything you can find locally, handmade and brought in two cups due to their size. Check your glucose levels before attempting! Also: clean batrooms, friendly people working and excellent wifi.

I have been here many times and it is always extremely loud… also they seem to have a different cashier every time and none of them are any good they’re either rude or they mess up your order! but at least the food is still good…

I’ve been here 3 times. First time I had the burger and fries. Very good very basic but good simple food. Second time I had the chicken fingers basket with fries. Very good. Third time I had a malt shake and it was completely amazing. In fact if you come around 3 – 4 pm you could have a business meeting here because it is so quiet and low key. I like this place as a simple lunch option– very good.

I must say I like the Loop. I didn’t really know what to expect prior to eating here. I was a bit confused about what to order, Is this a pizza place that serves burgers or a burger joint that serves pizzas? I went with the safe option and ordered the bacon cheddar burger done medium rare. The burger was good, I did feel like it was lacking some sorta sauce to bring the flavors together but nonetheless it was ok. Steak fries were pretty good I must add. The customer service is where the Loop stood out. Everyone was pretty nice and not in a forced/rehearsed way. Case in point: I went to the register to ask for some extra BBQ sauce and while I was explaining it to the girl at the register another employee in the kitchen saw what I was explaining to her and before I finished asking for BBQ sauce the dude had already walked over to me and handed me such sauce. That to me epitomizes great service.(instant +1star)

This is my favourite Loop in Jacksonville. It’s large with plenty of seating and it’s very clean. I love the modern décor in the restaurant and even in the restrooms. There’s also a seating area outside. They have free Wifi, but the one negative is there aren’t many outlets if you bring in your laptop to work. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to come pick up your food when it is ready. They have an area where you grab utensils, napkins, etc. There’s a soda fountain for you to get your own soda and refills. No waiter service here. The employees behind the counter are friendly. They make a pretty darn good burger here, and I love their steak fries. Steak fries are my favourite kind. The menu states burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise requested. Personally, I like my burger well-done, but I never have to ask for it well-done because even though the menu states medium, they come out well-done. If I actually ask for my burger well-done, it comes out like a hockey puck. So, if you want a medium burger, it’s probably be best to ignore what the menu states and specifically state you want it medium. Whenever we are at The Town Centre and are craving burgers and fries, it’s always a toss up between here and Five Guys. Hubby and I both like the burgers at Five Guys slightly better than here; however, we both much prefer the steak fries here over the fries at Five Guys. So, we just kinda flip-flop back and forth. My meals here have always been consistently good… I like consistent. =)

Unexpected everything. Unexpected environment. Fast food environment. Few many to grab before heading toward the counter and a huge menu on the wall. Not very many selections, and very fancy. Can’t order wine by glass its by bottle. It was pretty pricy for self help place. Are we just paying for the fancy table and chairs ? Ordered two drinks and one 8inch pizza and two 14 inch came out to about $ 50. It wasn’t anything special compare to any other pizza place. The place just a little fancy like panera bread place. Not impress.

I’ve gone three times. The first time I had a hamburger and French fries thinking a place this cool looking would SURELY have a burger and fry worth writing home about. Not so much. Several nearby fast food restaurants are better and cheaper. The second time, I had a veggie pizza and sweet tea. The pizza was good but it doesn’t touch the veggie pizza at Newks by a long shot. The sweet tea(my go-to beverage) was brown water. I tried to dress it up with lemonade. Yuck. More sugar. Sugary yuck. Extra ice. Cold, sugary yuck. Some non-southerner made this thin mud. I was not happy. I resolved to test one of the salads on my next visit… until someone sitting close by sat down with a salad. Ok, so… maybe it’s just me… but if I order a salad as my meal, it needs to be in a bowl. If it’s on a plate, it is a side. I couldn’t believe it and would NOT pay more than $ 3 for a salad so thin that my fork would pierce the lettuce on top and touch my dish on the bottom. I didn’t DISLIKE it and I’ll probably go back(when I’m craving pizza and am thirsty for water and can’t get to Newks) because of convenience. Nutshell: Newks by a LANDSLIDE! P. S. Did I mention Newks?
