First,
Let me say my experience was far superior than any other repair company in the business. I had an I phone that needed repair and had stopped in another competitive store. I should of went to tech genie to begin with. Not only did I waste an hour of my morning, they were not able to fix my I phone. I then proceeded to tech genie for another opinion. I’m glad that I did. The gentlemen at the front counter was professional and listened to my issue I was having with my phone. He asked to inspect my phone. Within 10 ten minutes he was able to diagnose the issue. All it needed was a good cleaning of the charging port. This issue he fixed was something another competitive company could not fix. In closing, if you need any repairs I recommend you take to tech genie first.

I went there to get my phone screen repaired and found out my speaker phone mic stopped working shortly after. I took it back and they replaced it at no cost. Awesome service and really cool people.
One persistent issue I’ve noticed though is that my keypad sensitivity has changed. When I hit certain numbers or letters my phone becomes unresponsive so I eventually give up on texting or just keep hitting my phone until it gets it right enough to autocorrect. I can’t do that when I’m pressing numbers to reach an operator though. Odd, but I’m sure if I took it back they’d fix it immediately.
