These guys are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I went in to purchase an iPhone 5 after calling to verify they had refurbished phones in stock… they had several to choose from! The phone I purchased came with a 90 day warranty, so that was a relief. And the qualify of the phones they had seemed very high… unlike other places I’ve been to, where the phones seem a little iffy. I purchased a 5c, and it works like a charm. If I ever need it fixed, I know where to go!

Wow, these guys are so amazing and such a blessing! Awesome service and great prices! The people there are so friendly and super helpful! And I truly believe they can fix ANYTHING! I first came by to have a battery replaced in my iPhone, but while I was there I learned about other phones and came back to shop for new devices for my family and myself. They just always have so much stuff in there, and such good deals! It’s hard to resist! My niece and nephew are now never without their ipod itouch, and my parents have since been upgraded to smart phones and absolutely LOVE that they can go on facebook at any time of the day on their phones! =) And now I’m planning to go back to have them look at my laptop, my broken camera, and broken karaōke mic! =) I’ve also referred several friends who cracked their screen and all of them, like me, are happy customers. Big thanks to Ernie and the guys at 10K San Jose!
