I came here to fix my hella cracked iPhone 5c. I didn’t call ahead of time to make sure they had the part in stock. I kinda just went on faith hoping that they had it and could fix my phone rite then and there. They did have the part in stock and told me it would take an hour. When I came back, phone pretty much looked brand new and I couldn’t even tell that anything had been replaced. They gave me a good deal and I walked away a happy customer with a new screen on my phone. I came beside to this place to have my phone fixed coz they keep it real with you and I feel like they don’t really try to hustle anyone.

Came here to get H’s iphone unlocked so he can use it.(It was bought in Brazil) We called to make sure they could do it so we didn’t waste a trip driving there. They said it’s fine, so we head over. When we got there, there was a bit of confusion at first… They lady was telling us it would be $ 130, which is was more than the price we got over the phone. But after she checked with her supervisor, it was just a mistake, and would only cost $ 40, much more reasonable! We left the phone there for a few days and when it was ready they called us to come pick it up. Since I checked in on Unilocal,we got a 10% discount, which is always appreciated! Good work 10,000 cellphones! PS — they also have car chargers for cheap!

I came here because I needed to retrieve my photos off of my old cell phone. The screen shattered and would not allow me to unlock my phone at all, so being that I had the TEP lock PLUS a pattern lock I needed someone who could really get the job done. I was helped by Hunter. I asked her a few questions regarding what could be done and she made the suggestion to switch the motherboards from my shattered phone into the new replacement phone, but then the problem lies within the serial numbers. So, I asked if they can switch boards, grab the info then transfer it to the new board and put everything back originally. They said they would try and they would keep me posted. They gave me a realistic time of the next day before close to have it done. I appreciate having my questions answered and them finding a way to help me. Updated 2÷15÷14: By 5pm they called my bf phone and said they were unable to retrieve my information off of my old phone, so they apologized after trying everything they could(switching motherboards and trying to Bluetooth it) and they gave me the option of fixing the broken screen just in case. Sadly, I was not going to be able to afford it, nor did I want to try. They did not charge me for the trouble which shows me that they stand behind their services and making sure their customer is happy. I appreciate their communication, their dealing with my crazy request, and giving me great service. I will come here from now on when I have issues with my cell phone!
