Taylor Lane & Co. Day Spa

I love Taylor Lane Day Spa. Pamie does a great job doing Nova-​extension Lashes. She’s always willing to work with your schedule or work you in on short notice. Their prices are reasonable and service is good.

This place gives mediocre service with high prices. I had realized that I was over charged for a service and confirmed this with a part time receptionist the following day when I told her what I had done. I left a message a few times for the manager to call back and of course they didn’t. Why would I even trust purchasing the product from the sponsor of their salon if they can’t return a phone call for being overcharged. Save your money and find a real spa.

There is a young black lady that works here and I was not impressed with her. First, she works very dirty (I walked out with a manicure with glue stuck under my nails), she was on the phone a lot, she put no effort into trying to start a conversation, and lastly, she was rushing. As soon as I got done, she didn’t take any time at all to grab her stuff and stand out the door waiting for me to grab my stuff and leave so she could lock up the place at 4PM??? Very unprofessional! She rushes through my nails but takes no time to rush out of there instead of being polite and waiting till AFTER the customer leaves to lock up! Will not be returning here EVER & I do not recommend her!

My husband and I bought 2 Living Social Deals for a 1 hour aromatherapy massage. The first thing that was weird about this place were the people answering the phones. They were having side conversations, not listening to my questions, asking me to repeat myself. I was trying to book a couples massage, and for some reason they only have 1 massage therapist working everyday. Or at least it seemed that way because when I kept asking what days they could accommodate a couples massage they said they were fully booked every possible weekend, which is surprising because of how empty the place always is. I ended up booking our massages back to back. When I got to the «spa» it was dingy and ghetto. Two women were behind the counter, no customers at all. One was the masseuse, the other was a younger girl with a sour face wrapped in a blanket. The massage was mediocre and the masseuse stank of cigarette smoke. I guess the aromatherapy was the cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be full body, they didn’t do my neck! Overall I would not recommend this place, and I wonder how it is still open. Compared to other spas I have been to, professionalism, technique, and class is lacking.
