Buffalo Wild Wings

It’s a chain. And while it may not be the best, it definitely is good, and consistent wherever you go. The one here on Southside in JAX is quite ornate with with many more TVs and more so than the other ones I have patroned. Its a fine establishment

With 30 minutes to spare before work, and a deep craving for wings I figured BWW was the best choice near me.
I ordered before I left home and I can tell they were busy by how long it took for them to answer the phone and the fact that they put me on hold afterwards.
I ordered 10 wings ALL flats (my favorite): half mild buffalo and half garlic parm with a blueberry lemonade.
The buffalo wings were a party in my mouth and my only criticism for them is that they could’ve been tossed better because every piece wasn’t coated with sauce.
The garlic parm wings weren’t too bad ether but they weren’t anywhere near the best I’ve had at a restaurant.
If I could do it all over I would get only buffalo and that great blueberry lemonade! It was soooo good!
Oh, but next time… Make the drink when the customer arrives. My drink was a little watered down and I can tell it had been in the cup for awhile.
In my opinion it’s overpriced, I’ve had better wings for cheaper.
At the end of the night BWW is good for mediocre wings, beer, sports and a loud environment, But as far as being a regular customer… Probably not for me.

We ordered TAKEOUT– Large order of boneless wings, mac&cheese, corn nuggets, carrots/​celery, 2 ranch and a blue cheese. The food «came out» as my husband walked into pick up. … But they were missing Mac and cheese needed to make it. 15 minutes later the Mac and cheese was done and the order was finally ready. My husband said the chick at the counter was super friendly and nice. We live on Southside so quick drive home. Sit down to eat…
We didn’t get any dipping sauces or carrots/​celery. :(
Our wings were soggy and cold. The corn nuggets were cold. And the fries were soggy and cold. The Mac and cheese was warm. Really disappointed.

I will NEVER go to Buffalo Wild Wings again! I placed an order online for 6 boneless wings and a chicken tender kids meal. I get there to pick up the order and tell them I should have a kids sweet tea. They tell me it is our policy that we cant give you one unless there is a kid present. Are you kidding me? So you charge me for the meal which INCLUDES a drink and don’t give it to me!!! Maybe I should have taken them out to my truck and showed them the 2 carseats in my back seat! Then she says I can make an exception and give it to you this time. No don’t worry about it I won’t be back. You just lost my husband and I as customers over a small cup of tea!

I ate here after my son was released from the hospital. I had the boneless honey bbq wings and an alcoholic beverage. It was nice and clean inside and our waitress was great. It wasn’t to noisy and many tv’s to watch

Have been to this location several times and no complaints about the food. It’s the same at their other locations. However every time we have stopped in spots in the building smell like a nasty sweaty locker room. The visit this week you could smell it as soon as you opened the door. It’s not just me. I’ve taken out of town friends there and they mentioned it too. Not sure what’s causing it but I can’t be the only one who can smell it.

This is a good place to come for
1) wings (duh)
2) watch a game (tons of tvs all around)
3) happy hour drinks after work (they have happy hour food specials too which is always a plus from me)
Not the place to come for a gourmet meal, the food to me is nothing special, we have gotten a couple things, especially from the happy hour menu, and it’s all just standard bar food
(queso and chips, mini corndogs, street tacos– uh no these barely qualify as tacos horrible, burger– actually pretty good, and wings– stick with the wings)
I do have to say the service is usually good, young girl servers that are friendly and quick

Everytime we come here it’s always something. But the main thing we always notice is that there are about 40 people waiting with buzzers. and 15 empty tables with no one being seated. Very poorly managed. The crew is yelling at the hostess. The manager keeps getting side tracked and it’s just ridiculous the amount of empty tables with the amount of people waiting to be seated and nothing happening. I understand there are a lot of college football games going on and a lot of people coming in but a sports bar should be able to manage and keep tables full instead of your guests waiting

Buffalo Wild Wings is the Beyonce of restaurants – overrated. Alright so I’ll give them an extra star for having a huge variety of flavor sauces for the chicken nuggets they serve. Service was nice. Place was pretty clean. Overly staffed on a weekday as I noticed clumps of employees just standing there. What’s up with that? Environment was meant for the hardcore sports fan with severe ADHD as they have as many TVs as they have flavor sauces. Not much to say but, «meh.» Was only dragged there because my friend has a palate of an uncultured six year old.

I wish I could write a spilt review. Awesome waitress. My kids’ food arrived in a timely manner. As did our beverages. My food did not. They were both finished eating and I was still sitting at the table waiting for my wings. 30 minutes and still waiting. Kitchen staff, get it together. Left me time to write a review before I have actually eaten.

I’ve been coming here for years. Great wings! Now I just started coming here after I moved to this side of town. It it’s still very good. Great atmosphere good drinks.

Friendly atmosphere, definitely one of the best we have been to. Food looks like the picture in the menu, which is VERY rare! Kayla was very friendly as well as a great server. Will be back again, love this place.

I usually give five stars for the food and exceptional customer service. This place hit both on the head. Our server was awesome, pleasant and made good conversation with us. I tried the chicken BLT with a Caesar salad. Both were yummy and hit the spot. The cheese curds were relish and good with the sauce. I’ve never had a bad experience when I go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I enjoyed my drinks, and my flatbread. My server was very nice. She mixed my drink exactly how i asked. The food did take a little long to come out being that there was virtually no one else in the restaurant. But i would definitely return!

Came here during March Madness Elite Eight and man was it packed. We had a table right by the bar. Our server was attentive at first, getting beer and then putting in our order but after a while was in the wind. I understand that it was busy but sometimes you need to checkup on the table.
The amount of TVs there was awesome, all shapes and sizes. The boneless wings were pretty good. The sauce selection was extensive which made for some decision making for my fiancé and I to pick different ones. Oh and the selection of different beers allow for all pallets!

On 3÷21÷15 around 7ish, my little brother and I are here and it was a bit crowded because of the NCAA, but it didn’t bother us because we got a seat right away. We ordered our beverages and then got The Sampler as an appetizer that consisted of large onion rings, mozzarella sticks, nachos, and breaded boneless chicken pieces (we got honey BBQ) with ranch, zesty sauce, and marinara. Very well prepared and tastes really good.
For dinner, we got the 20 piece Large traditional (bone-​in) wings and got 4 flavors: Parmesan garlic, salt & vinegar, honey mustard and buffalo. When it arrive, the waiter made a mistake and wrote down honey BBQ instead of Honey mustard… so mistake on their part. It was alright, my brother didn’t care so much. I wanted them to correct it but my brother said to not worry about it and just eat. The wings were very warm and tossed evenly. Very delicious. We had a lot of leftovers and I gave it to my brother to take home. Overall, wasn’t so bad but wished we had the honey mustard instead. Oh well, maybe next time.

Casual sporty atmosphere, tasty food, & friendly staff make this location a win!
If you visit, then I recommend that you ask for Brandon — he is vigilant, pleasant, and knows the menu well. He has never made us feel rushed and has never missed a beat in service.
My veteran husband has brought his service dog to the restaurant and BWW has been very understanding and respectful. We greatly appreciate their accepting staff/​management.
The food is just what you would expect at a sports restaurant/​bar: burgers, chips, fries, salads, flatbreads, etc.
This place is worth a try! :)

I used to go to the old location on Baymeadows Rd, and I cant say i remember actually eating there.
This new one at the Avenues is sleek and modern looking. The service is hit or miss, the food is pretty good. ive gone twice now. once i just had some boneless wings and more recently fried pickles that were really good and a spinach artichoke and chicken flatbread that was ok.
Theres a great beer selection going on, so thats rad. if you like watching sports i can see that it would be fun in this atmosphere.
