We are still waiting for the car to be picked up. The company was supposed to call before pick-up. The deadline is at 9 and still no call. I tried to call the office but unfortunately they are closed. Pick another company.

UPDATED! Extremely unprofessional company: We make an agreement with the salesman Mr. A*** to pick up the car in FL and ship it to PR. A*** agreed to deliver the car on the week of Feb 23, 2014. They failed and dlivered out of date creating a pick up problem for us because our pick up person was in Mexico by the time that the car arrived. Later on, A*** was never available to pick the phone, instead I started receiving harrasing calls from a woman called G******, a person with some bad actitudes, always harrasing us. My recomedation, stay away from this people. Angel

Puerto Rico Car Transport is amazing! Since the day I requested my quote, until the day I received my car, I felt I was taken care of and given a personalized attention no other company could offer. The process was smooth and fast. My car was shipped from Puerto Rico to Virginia and arrived two weeks later. I highly recommend Puerto Rico Car Transport because no other company will deliver such great service and make you feel like a valued customer.

Absolutely, beware! stay away!, use another company. Puerto Rico Car Transport (also V2logistics — parent company, Road Runner Auto transport, Hawaii Car Transport, Alaska Car Transport, Empire Auto Transport, Direct Connect transport, and other company names) lied and mislead us the whole process. Once they get your money everything changes. Their negligence caused us $ 2,000, left us stranded, we were forced to pay for hotels and rental cars for over a week. The pick up at your door service, never came on the scheduled day. No one informed us. In fact, when I called, they had no idea when it was getting picked up. They ended up showing up without any notice the next evening. We had a scheduled date for arrival of our vehicle at port in PR, for Thursday. Never having shipped a vehicle before, I followed up with Alex on the same day that the car was to be shipped out of Jacksonville, FL. Alex emailed me back saying, everything is on schedule. So, now, we fly to PR to be there when the vehicle arrives. We get to the port exactly when our booking info stated. We get to the port at 9am Thursday, and the port had no record of our vehicle. After 7hours of trying to reach PR Transport, they tell me that the container company missed the deadline date getting it to the Jacksonville port. No one imformed us that the vehicle did not get shipped. Alex did not follow up when I asked if the truck got shipped, he lied and said he did. We now had to rent a vehicle and stay in a hotel for a week at our expence. Next, they email us that it will be there to pick up next Wednesday at 9:00am. They confirmed with the supervisor at the port to make sure that our truck will be the first vehicle ready for pick up at 9:00am. I called PR Transport the day before that we went to port again. They said yes, go there for 9am and the truck will be ready. Of course, it was not ready until thw afternoon. And we wont have time to get all the paperwork done to get truck out. They will not stand behind anything they said. They have only told us sorry, but there is nothing they can do. Horrible company, incompetent employees. The people at Puerto Rico Car Transport(v2logistics, Road Runner transport, scam) are sly, used car salesmen, scam artist. Read the other reviews, everyone has similar stories of the major inconvenience and financial burden these people create. The other companies have an ‘F’ rating on BBB.
