Fifi’s Fine Resale Apparel

I’ve been shopping at this Fifis location for probably over 7 years now. It’s my 2^nd favorite location. My first would have to be the Amelia island store but that’s a really really long drive. This is definitely the biggest location in Jacksonville. They have a huge variety of clothes and shoes. Men’s and women’s. Bridal gowns, designer handbags, boutique items, men’s suits, ect. The staff is friendly and helpful but they can get very busy and at times seem stressed out. But they are ultimately very nice ladies. I always walk out with some great items! They have a huge shoe selection which I love!
**** I would give this location a higher rating but it is in dire need of a makeover. The owner really needs to replace the carpet, update the bathroom and give the place a fresh makeover. It has a distinct musty odor. ****
I hope the owner reads these reviews and makes some very necessary changes.

Witnessed a black woman being racially profiled and ignored at this store while the sales associates helped the white people. This is 2015 and all money spends the same. The sales associates are irresponsible and these practices are grotesque. I personally will never shop here again and I hope you think second twice about a place like this.

I love this place they have men’s clothes as well, found a brand new Hugo Boss suit that sales for $ 1295.00 got it for $ 120.00 they have layaway as well. They have women’s clothes as well as high end wedding dresses, and gowns,

I used to love this place! Now not so much. Their upscale clothing leaves a lot to be desired unless you like Baby Phat. They do have a nice wedding dress section. Weird parking but staff is nice. Wish it was as good as it used to be!

My 2 star rating is strictly my own personal experiences from Fifi’s. Whenever I go, I tend to find clothes from Talbots and Casual Corner, which isn’t much my style. However I have a friend that leaves there with J Crew, Ann Taylor and Banana Republic clothes. Unfair. However even though I don’t find anything, I do stop by one every few months to give it another chance. Warning – Parking is awkward – I usually end up in the lot under the overpass.
