I have nothing but problems with this office anymore. They do not do what they can to help the customer and they’re lazy. If they see that they have to pack something a little more challenging, they will not do it. They also have next to no box options. If you wish to ship any item without unnecessary packing or maybe a bubble wrapped exhaust system, go elsewhere. They won’t accept it, even though that’s how exhaust manufacturers ship their products. If you absolutely need or want to ship with FedEx, take the online route or go to a different store. FedEx online service helped me ship the last couple of items that they gave me hell to ship at this office and also filled me in that these people were not trained to do their job correctly. So avoid this location if possible.

I read on here how they push products on you, and, sure enough, they did. I was told my box wasn’t good enough for my broken cell phone I was shipping back to the manufacture. I was forced to purchase an eight dollar box to send my package. Do not go to this location. They really do force box purchases on customers (as if that is their job).

The manager and employee working today are rude and inefficient. I arrived with a box that was taped with a prepaid label. The box had books in it. He refused to take it because he wanted to put packing material in the box so they didn’t get damaged. I told him my instructions from the vender was to not put packing in it and I doubted the text books would get damaged in route. He claimed the books might fly out of the box. Seriously, since when do books move? I will never go back to FEDEX on San Jose.

Went there right before closing. Team member was helpful and processed quickly. Located in a convenient strip mall with plenty of parking. Large store with a gigantic retail and self copy section. Would return for future business needs.
