Quick and easy location to get to. This location used to be called mail boxes etc, but was changed to a UPS store a few years back. What makes this location great is that it’s right next to a publix and cvs and easy access from 295. My parents and sister have a mailbox with them and they pay about $ 210 a year for a mail box. Not sure how different size boxes work but theirs are the standard small boxes just strictly for mail. I’ve also never had a problem picking up packages for my parents and I do like the convenience of knowing their stuff isn’t just sitting out by the front door where anyone could take it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What does take a while is if there are multiple people waiting to send packages and only one person behind the counter. That’s when the wait can take a while. Overall good service, good location and nice staff.
