Operation in this place is a one big joke. Had a finger print appointment and the young guy name Nick acting like a big shot had a line of people waiting to get finger printed when I walked in on time of my appointment. After waiting for 25 minutes pass my appointment I still had same 4 people in front of me. I asked him what is going on as I had other meetings, he says you need to wait if not you will have to reschedule and pay again like it’s my fault. Called Fieldprint customer service while still waiting and rescheduled over the phone in another location with people apologizing. I have missed my 4PM meeting because of this place and have to wake up early to go to another UPS store first thing in the morning. Do not pick this location for UPS services, if you have an option.

This place has a terrible attitude. They seem to think it’s smart and productive to confuse and be rude to customers. I had a horrible time having a box here. Maybe a few months in a mental institution for talking in circles would fix the problem. Especially the«franchise owner» Michele Ketchum. Apparently lying about yourself and your station at the workplace is acceptable. I know a great psychologist if you feel so inclined.

i hate going to the post office. but this little place is much nicer and doesnt make me want to cry! The people that work here are always helpful and friendly, and i get the packages to my family on time for special occasions, even tho i waited till the last minute!

Beware this and other franchise locations My experience — avoid this location completely. Poor customer service, inept staff, and service charges /fees unlike other locations; franchise or corporate. Traveling week for business — had a package(small box under 10 lbs) routed there for delivery that required adult signature. Staff contacted me on delivery demanding $ 15 handling charge and additional $ 15/day storage $ 75 total. When I refused their shakedown policy — claimed they’d return to shipper. Instead shipped back to themselves and took 3 more days to locate when UPS customer service and shipper got involved

Very rude staff, been there more than once for different services(notarization, sending a package & picking mail) and they are the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Very rude!
