Dunkin’ Donuts

Where do I begin, I have worked in food service and never have I seen people go out of there way to disappoint you. Several times I went to order the sausage croissant no egg no cheese and they charged me for the whole sandwich. So okay I understand then I changed my order to toasted croissant and side sausage I’m on a budget so I save money where i can. My order was a simple one I get it they charged me for the whole sandwich again. When I questioned why i was informed that I was talking to the manager and he was trained to do this and why should he accommodate me. I’m only the customer and feel that I should get what I asked and am paying for. The items are programmed in the register and are not special in nature. The attitude of the manager was condescending and offensive. I cancelled my entire order and left he gave the receipt with a survey at the bottom and boy did I use it. Never will I go to this location again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. Not only was I ignored for for at least 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I had no idea my total or how long the wait.
After being past and stared at through an open drive thru window… at least 5 times. I left.
Never going to this location again. Needs new staffing or management asap.

I am not really a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts’ black coffee but go there once in a while for a change.
The place was clean inside, however, the parking could use some renovation.
There is a drive-​thru too. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the pumpkin donuts was just alright.
There is a outdoor seating too and place feels quite inside to study or do some work despite the hustle and bustle of 103^rd st.

Wonderful place. We went through the drive through and asked a ton of questions about coffee flavors, and donut flavors. The one taking our order was so patient! Then when we pulled up to the window the customer service continued to be wonderful. The employees were friendly, and very helpful. The pretzel twist was delicious, so light and fluffy and great with mustard! We also tried the peach ice tea and ice coffee, both drinks were very enjoyable! Definitely because of the friendly employees and yummy food/​drinks I would go back to this location!!!

Since moving to Florida from Massachusetts 5 years ago, I will have to say this dunkins on 103^rd is the best I’ve found. Staff is always friendly and smiling, it’s always clean, and not to mention consistency of product – especially the coffee. The best!

Need to wash hands it nasty to handle money then grap food. Also watching the arms and shirts touch the donut because they grap the ones in the back instead of the front. Nastyyyy

This place is awesome! Staff is always friendly and almost always knows my order when I pull up to the drive thru. Coffee is always hot and fresh and the food is always good. The managers are also always super friendly.

I loved dd as a kid but as I get older I do prefer Krispy better lol but dd has the better coffee

I’m not a huge «donut person» but my kids and I were craving donuts and decided to try out the DD on 103^rd. My husband does love donuts so I figured I would pick up a box of a dozen. The glazed donuts & the crème filled were delicious which made up 6 of them. 3 of the pumpkin filled ones were just the pumpkin flavored ones so those were wrong and were not very good at all. The other 3 did not taste fresh. I would say that we would give this location another try on a day that we are having another craving but they just recently opened a Krispie Kreme right down the street…
DD does have coupons that come to our house so there is still hope for a review change.

I can’t believe their latte machine was down! We all wanted iced latte :(On the bright side, this dunkin is very clean, plenty of seats, good atmosphere to chill and do work! Our cashier was friendly and patient with us. Quick and fast transaction!

I know they have good coffee and donuts, especially the chocolate frosted ones, but 4 stars for customer satisfaction. They’re accommodating and always happy to serve you. I came in to get a dozen assorted donuts. I wanted to get 3 plain glazed donuts, but they were out so I picked others. Before, I walked out, a fresh batch of glazed came out. Well, the guy gave me a half dozen glazed donuts free with a smile to go with it.

I stopped in to grab a large box of donut holes for my kids teachers. All the employees were friendly and smiling. The donuts were obviously fresh and the store was quite clean. There was a long line for the drive through, apparently this is a popular place, but inside they got everybody through the short line very very quickly. Good job!
