Baskin Robbins

Wasn’t sure of the hours, so I called before going. Lady on the phone was very pleasant.
***hours are 24 hours. Indoor Lobby open until 11pm
Went in around 9pm. There was one lady taking orders at the drive thru, one lady sweeping, and one lady doing something else behind the counter. I stood at the ice cream counter for about 6 minutes before being spoken to. The lady seemed as though me being there was an inconvenience so I didn’t bother asking for any samples.
I originally wanted to get a single scoop of vanilla for my dog, she informed me that would be $ 2.50.
Thought that was a little steep for a scoop of vanilla so did not get it.
I ordered a cup with two scoops. Thought he scoops were small for the cost.

Jasmine overcharged me $ 1 and refused to give my money back. So, I called and they told me if I wanted my money back, that I had to come in at 9:00 a. m when the manager is there. Not sure if it’s really worth taking off work for, but thanks. Be careful if you eat here, they are incompetent and might ring you up wrong and you have to practically schedule an appointment to get your fund back.

The ladies over there are very nice and pleasant, the store is clean and the ice cream Is awesome.

Worst customer service ever. They never have the flavor I like: Strawberry Cheescake and Watermelon Delight. Drive-​thru staff are rude. When you call to check for flavor the staff who answer the phone are extremely rude. I will drive another 5 miles up the road to another Baskin Robbins with much better customer service, and who actually makes an attempt to service their customers needs. Just a deplorable part of the franchise. Whoever the owner is should get his store together or have his store taken away and turned over to someone who knows what they’re doing. Never will I patronize THAT place again! Try at your own risk!

Worst service ever. Stood at the counter for almost 20 min and never even got acknowledged that we were even there by the 3 staff members before we walked out.

The staff here is great. They give free samples of whatever ice cream you want to try. I ended up getting five different flavors all crammed in their $ 6.99 container to take home. Each of them were delicious and they really pack the ice cream in so you definitely get your money’s worth. It is connected to the Dunkin’ Donuts so I always grab a few donut holes to enjoy with my ice cream. Perfect.

All of your treats are freshly prepared in front of your as well as being complete with complimentary samples of a treat of your choosing, it isn’t just ice cream you are treated to but shakes and blends as well, so if you’re ever between two flavors, why not have both blended? Make your own combinations and discover your own personal favorite every time you come by! It’s a very fast and efficient staff that try to have a sense of urgency when it comes to taking and completing orders. My personal favorite has always been the plain and strawberry, but if you are accustomed to the quality and deliciousness of BR, you’ll understand this has always been the finely crafted flavor of all 32.
