I’ve had an awful experience with this place. Ordered for pick up and had asked them to deliver it to my car asked for the description and all when i got there i waited about 15 minutes inside my car no one shows up i see a girl by the register but just manages to ignore me. I walk inside and she’s counting her register in front of me and says she’s off the clock so she can’t help me. Another server helps me i see my food has been sitting there since they opened my food and i asked if they stopped taking food to cars and they just brushed it by saying if no one is available then we don’t take it outside. my thing is why ask me when i called in the first place? servers were rude, the place looked dingy! the worst ever! This really ruined my night! thanks Chili’s!

Just had lunch at this chilis. Awful experience. It took an hour and 40 minutes and we all ordered off the lunch menu. Food took forever to come out. Checks were wrong. Manager even came over per our request and nothing got better. The server was new and needed help. Will not return.

My review and score is not for a single visit. It’s for the collective 6 months I have ordered here. To Go service is awful! Despite carside to go, they usually don’t have anyone«working» that service. My orders have been frequently wrong, and management has mailed me SEVERAL gift certificates for another visit, and I find each visit worse than the previous. but that explains why I’ve given them so many chances. I love the food, when it’s done right, served hot, and prepared right. What I don’t love is cold soup, with a side of cheese that has mold in it, salsa and queso that leaks out of the containers, a bag of broken chips, and then the waiters ANDMANAGEMENT that want to argue and give attitude. Lunchtime between noon and 2, even with call ahead, plan on waiting in line with some long faces. Half the time, the food isn’t prepped by the kitchen, so the ONE person working to go, has to go box your order, scoop your soup, and pour your salsa. More waiting. Then they have to call a manager if you want to use rewards points(more waiting). Today, the manager tried to argue with me over a side of shredded cheese for my chicken tortilla soup. She got rude and said it wasn’t on the order, but I’ll get it anyways. I showed her a copy of my order and receipt for paying online, and she said well I’m just telling you it wasn’t on here. OK! Not my problem. I clearly paid for something I didn’t get. I’ve given this place chance after chance, and I won’t be back. EVER! Worst service ever!

Are you kidding me! This has to be a joke. The things I observe would shut this place down. Good luck!

Late night pick up for some nachos got home and they were pathetic think I got 10 chips. Called again a different night and kept putting me on hold… tried get loaded potato skins I have always liked them from chili’s, said they didn’t have them even though their website said they did, told me they were a a trial restaurant where they tests new things. Just a little disappointed with service and food!

Came in tonight to watch some Hockey… love the 2 for 1 Drafts… my waitress was on point tonight. Beers were never empty and the spicy chicken quesadilla was delicious. They did get busy in the bar area, but the service was still great.

Simply pathetic. Anyone who in anyway manages this location should be fired immediately. How does a restaurant with a decidedly South Western theme, run out of limes? Drinks were served in an assortment of different glasses, because nothing was clean. The pile of dirty barware sitting on the bar, was big enough to stop a tank. The manager? Nice try. Zero concept of customer service. I mean, none. When you have NOTHING the customer preferred because you’re «out», make an attempt to please the customer. Offer something, anything, for free. The one bright spot was our waitress Mandy, and the waiter, Nate. They tried as best they could. Enter this customer service graveyard at your own peril. Truly the worst Chili’s I have ever stepped inside. Save your money and go somewhere where the customer is actually valued.

Was on business visiting family too and we had take out from here. Good was ok the only problem was the service. Curbside in Dallas means they bring it to your car and at this location I had to walk in and still flag someone down to see if my order was ready. Good was ok but had a better experience at the Bartram Park Chilis when in Jacksonville.

ive always loved chilis. and who can argue with the 2 for 1 deals they have. the food is good, the service is alright. this particular time my friend called in an order for pickup so we could sit at my house and have a Sons of Anarchy marathon. i had a guac burger medium rare and she had some other burger. we shared their new fried pickles which seem to be garlic pickles. really good!

Neighborhood restaurant with pretty decent burgers. That pretty much sums it up for me on Chili’s. We usually go when feeling like having a non-fast food quick meal. Burgers are our ‘go to’ dishes because they do make them well. Their service ‘system’ is pairing two servers to cover a number of close-together tables. I like it because it provides more availability when needing a refill etc. Not to mention, the table top device that you can order your dessert and check out. Many times, in many restaurants, we were close to finishing our entrée, but the servers were no where to be found to get a desert menu. That is not the case at Chili’s. Just look it up on the device and order it. Next thing you know, voila, the dessert is delivered to your table. How cool is that?! Same thing with checking out. Easy as pie and get you in and out pretty darn fast.

Came here for lunch, and was greeted with an informal, «What’s up?» from the host. Oh, nothing much… just like. you know. Hungry. It was a little off-putting. Regardless, food was great and came out quickly, and my server was nice. The only thing that bumps it down a couple stars is the informality of the host seating me, the fact that I had an empty glass for far too long, and that I had to wait for the check. They have tablets at every table to pay via credit card, but I wanted to use cash. I ended up using my card anyway, since my server and the host were leaning on the hostess stand chatting and I didn’t want to interrupt their personal conversation. I will be coming back, I enjoyed my lunch.

The tableside guacamole is amazing. Great service and the salmon was really good. Overall very good. I also really like the computer touchscreen at the table. It allows you to order and pay with touch screen computer if you want, it also prints out a receipt:)

Not bad. This is not-too-far from my place, so it is a nice, predictable go-to when I am not feeling like trying something new. Met friends here for a last-minute dinner and enjoyed the experience. My salad was just about perfect, the chicken was great, and the only«bad»(if you can call it that) thing I could say is that the tiny, 1 ounce dressing cup they provided was not nearly enough. Other than that, it is exactly what you expect from a Chili’s.

I’ll save you the story of how/why I ended up here for lunch but I suppose I got what I deserved. Lol I stood up front for a couple of meetings before the hostess came by. I wasn’t sure if I could sit wherever I wanted in the bar area(I later heard her tell someone else that that is the case). I decided pretty quickly for their lunch special, a cup of chicken tortilla soup with a southwestern BLT. When the waitress came over I asked for a diet coke and gave her my order. I always notice when a server doesn’t write an order down and she didn’t write mine down. She came back with the soup pretty quickly but was gone before I realized she didn’t being my drink. The soup was ok, mostly broth with some tortilla strips on top. My sandwich came out next, with a different waitress delivering it. I asked her for a diet coke and she grabbed it for me. After a few minutes the original waitress came back and apologized for not bringing my drink before. The sandwich was pretty good. It was a BLT on pretzel bread with fries. It was def a lunch sized portion, which I appreciate since so many chains give you insane portions at every meal. There was supposedly a southwestern mayo or something but I didn’t taste that. You also pay your meal right at your table by scanning your card now. It helps you calculate a tip(you can move a little lever on the screen and it tells you how much $ for that %). It also gives you a short survey at the end(optional of course). I like being able to get my receipt email to me, which is an option here(you can also use it to split the bill). The food was okay, the service was blah. In all honesty, I would have been better off to hit a fast food place.

One of the worst Chilis I’ve been to. If I could give it 2.5 stars that’s what I’d give it. I rounded up only because the food was delicious. So let’s right into this review. Pros: –Same delicious Chilis food –Order & Pay from your table –Drinks are still delicious –The greeter and bartender were friendly! Cons: –POORSERVICE: everyone didn’t get silverware, server was very inattentive, server had poor hearing(it was quiet too), server called the manager over to the wrong table(the table behind us had poor service too), this Chilis doesn’t do any thing special for birthdays… I was like O_O, and the service staff was not diverse in ethnicity(all successful food service businesses are diverse in staffing. It’s an entrepreneurial pet peeve.) –According to my Mom’s best friend, the woman’s bathroom wasn’t clean. –Parking lot spaces were pretty small. I saw a lady get out and hit another man’s car… and they were in midsize vehicles. All in all, my experience here was mediocre at best. It was a disappointment for the norm at Chilis. If you’re in Jax on the south side, then Chilis on Old St. Augustine Rd. should give you a better experience.

This Chili’s location is my go-to burger restaurant. When I crave a good burger, I think of Chili’s. And being so close to our house, it became our usual burger spot. I like a good mushroom swiss burger, but many places make it kinda messy. That’s one of the biggest reason I love Chili’s mushroom swiss. It’s always delicious and not a soaking mess when I pick it up to eat. I also enjoy their fajitas. Is it the best I’ve ever had. No, not even close. But it gets the job done. Meaning the sizzling plate of aromatic onion and pepper with steak and/or chicken. The smell and the sizzling sounds make it to you before the plate is plopped down on your table. Lastly, another great feature to Chili’s is their table top mobile device that you can check out and pay with your credit card. No long do you feel ‘trapped’ in a restaurant if you are done with your food and want to hurry up and pay. You don’t have to wait for a server to bring you the bill, take your card, bring back your card for you to sign… all that can be done in that little device on the table… no waiting needed!

This place sucked. It’s Wednesday around 6pm and there are only two noticeably people working. One man seems to be doing it all while some chick with spiky hair is working hard at looking like she’s working. It takes almost 10 minutes to receive a glass of water then place our orders. Almost 10 minutes later we are told they are out of chicken? Like how do you run out of anything at 6pm in the middle of the week??? Anyway someone in the group changes their order and again out server is gone. We drain our glasses and have cleared the appetizer and still no food. I literally mortal kombat snatch a waiter and ask what’s up with the wait. Especially since the people behind us that were seated at least 20 minutes after us are eating while hunger pains take control over the table. I say«f*ck it» and walk into the kitchen and ask for our food. They finally comes out maybe 5 minutes later with items missing? I walk back into the kitchen and grab what we need. Yeah this place sucks! And only 1 of 4 within our party enjoyed our food. It might have been a good visit if I had a pizza delivered to our table.
