Primo’s Pizza & Grill

I usually don’t review places but I had to on this one. Absolutely disgusting. Everything in my order was wrong and their Alfredo is probably the worst thing I have ever had, smelled like dirty feet. Ended up throwing everything away. The only reason they gave two stars was because they were fast. Next time I’ll trust the reviews.

There’s really no reason for you to go here. There are 10 other pizza places within a mile. I had a local flavor deal so tried it out. First off, we’re in Florida right. This is June. They don’t have AC. That alone will keep you from coming back. I walked in at Noon expecting lunch rush but there was only one person in there. That should have been my warning. I waited two or three minutes before I saw the only employee in the entire store. He was polite so, they got that going for em. I got some fries and a deep dish. I ate the fries while waiting on the pizza and then had time for just one slice so took the rest to go. It seems okay enough until later that night, after smoking up and eating the leftover slice and I realized, this is the nastiest pizza I’ve ever ate. Tasted like salty string cheese on a stale tortilla.
Just don’t.

The alfredo pasta tasted terrible, kind of like mold. My salad didn’t come with dressing, and my wings came hot when I ordered them mild. I won’t order from here again

I have lunch here on a regular basis, and am always pleased with the service and quality of the food. Even down to the lettuce the owner uses on his sandwiches, the ingredients are quality. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and will continue recommending to anyone in the mood for some good Italian food. My favorite is the Naturalized Citizen sandwich — very tasty, and always made fresh.

I always have seen this place and wanted to try it. I noticed upon arriving that they don’t get too many customers. I ordered the Chicago Stuffed Pizza and it’s nothing special at all about this Pizza especially for 20 bucks. I would rather eat little caesars, never again.

The pizza is absolutely disgusting… It gives Chicago deep dish pizza a bad name… It’s the worse thing I’ve ever tasted.
When I called the manager to tell them how terrible the pizza was he started yelling at me telling me his ingredients are fresh… Well if you don’t know how to use the ingredients to make a well prepared dish… It’s pretty irrelevant.
I would NEVER go back here… The service is horrible… The food is discussing… And the manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come in contact with.
You suck at life…

Ordered take out today with delivery thru Grub Hub. It took nearly 2 hours to get food and the chicken parm sandwich had about 1 teaspoon of sauce and the bun was burnt. Never again!

Awful. Cheap ingredients on a $ 20 pie, and then the delivery driver shows up with no change? Never again.

Ordered dinner because we were tired and the menu was on our door. Seemed like a great idea to just order online… OOPS, maybe not… Ordered Fried Ravioli, Lemon Pepper wings, Stromboli, Lasagna and Baklava. 5 minutes after my order was processed, I get a phone call. Sorry, we are out of Fried Ravioli will cheese sticks be ok? Uhhh, sure, why not. Great, we are also out of Lasagna. OK, I guess ill take the spaghetti and meatballs. OK, thank you. We are also out of Baklava, how about cheesecake instead… I KNEW I should have cancelled my order, but went ahead and said sure. An hour later, I get a fairly decent stromboli, very watery sauced spaghetti with obviously microwaved meatballs, mediocre cheese sticks (can you say salt bomb?), wings with some semblance of a lemon pepper sauce (lemon and maybe pepper in the sauce). Haven’t tried the cheesecake yet, but I know they didn’t make it, so it couldn’t be too bad… Right?
Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Maybe I will just collect the menus they leave on my door every week for a while and return them to the store one day.

I ate from here a few nights ago and I thought it was dope. I don’t smoke weed so my judgement was sound. I hadn’t had Chicago style pizza in a while and I really enjoyed theirs. I also got sub and fries which looked basic, but the oil they put on the sub really elevated the sub game. My little girls enjoyed the pizza too, and they are hard to please. If I’m not taking them to the pool they aren’t happy, but I was able to enjoy a few brief moments of silence while they enjoyed this pizza. I would definitely eat from here again.

I want to just say i think this place has great pizza and they’re cowzones are very good. Thats the good part now for the bad every times I’ve ordered from hear I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes even if I’m the only customer in the store. Come on they’re execution needs some work. After complimenting the owner telling him how good his pizza is i asked if me and my friend could have a extra marinara for our cowzones. He proceeds to charge an additional dollar without informing us it would be an additional charge. I know its just a dollar but its the principal and just bad customer service so for that reason i couldn’t give more than two stars because after reading some other experiences about how the owner treats customers nickel and diming its unfortunate because lets be real they’re a thousand other pizza places in town that would love your business.

Ordered food to be delivered. a hour and a half later called asking them where’s our food the guy was rude and talked over me saying it will be another 10 minutes he didn’t even ask who I was and hung up on me. We called back again after waiting another 30 mins and same guy answered and he asked who we were this time and he said yea we cancelled your order because we are too busy to do your order. We said ok why didn’t you call us. We waited 2 hours and now it’s after 9pm. The guy remained rude didn’t say he was sorry and offered no care to make things right. It’s more important to me if they just said sorry or offered to make things right next time. Instead he continued to be a jerk on the phone. This place is terrible.

Came in for a quick slice. I got the lunch special — one slice, side salad, and drink for 6.00. Not bad at all! The pizza was good, although I wasn’t crazy about all the seasoning in the sauce.
The décor could use an update, but overall it was good.

This little pizza place has been near me for quite some time and I have always meant to try it. well its right near the place I went and had a pedicure (Sunny Nails-​dont go there) and it reminded me to try it.
Enter a rainy day when i had to go to work at night and didnt feel like making something to take.
I ordered it delivery, because even though its about 3 minutes from where i live, i was feeling lazy. i got a chicago stuffed purple haze, and a fried ravioli appetizer. ive had this pizza from somewhere else and it was really good. this one was. well it wasnt really good. it was just ok. as was the fried ravioli, that was served with a salad as garnish in the box.
im not really sure if i will try them again. it seems like there wasnt anything all that special about the food.

Ordered my food at 11:23 and was told 15 – 20 minutes for delivery and it’s now 12:15 and I’m still wanting on my food. I called to check the status and was told it would be another 10 – 15 Bad customer service!!!

Just finished eating, waited to review while fresh in mind. Been relaxing, making cupcakes at a friends house all day. We were hungry and she decided on pizza. She picked this place bc they delivered and she often eats their food. We got the Deluxe and the Buffalo Chicken pizza. I must say I was pretty surprised. Both pizzas had flavor and I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area. Plus the delivery driver was nice bc we didn’t pay attention to the time and we ordered delivery 15 minutes before them closing. But he was nice enough to deliver on his way home. Food came in good time too. Next time I will try something different from their menu. It’s nowhere near my top spot in pizza, but it think they should be recognized!

I’ve only ordered pizza for delivery, so I’m rating it solely on that. I absolutely LOVE the Purple Haze chicago-​style deep dish pizza. It has eggplant, sausage, and ricotta cheese. I’d compare it to pizza from Carmine’s! — Yes, that’s how good that particular pizza is!!! The only reason I’m giving this place a 3 is because of slow delivery. I’m just happy I love that Purple Haze pizza so much that I’d wait over an hour for it!!! (Make sure you eat a snack while you wait.)

I have been ordering from Efe’s since they opened and up until tonight I have been I have always been happy with my order. Tonight, due to the owner’s customer service, they have have definitely lost a customer and by the powers of social media will be negatively reviewed on every possible outlet. My wife and I ordered delivery and the incorrect menu item was delivered for me, unfortunately the incorrect meal contained mushrooms which I am allergic to so I could not eat it. But I understand that mistakes happen, we then called Efe’s to explain the situation and the woman answering phone stated she would have to speak to the owner and call us back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called back to which the owner stated that they could either remake the correct menu item but it would be «a while» or they could refund my money but would have to send a driver to pick up the incorrect item. So basically they do not trust me and are not willing to put any effort into correcting their mistake. When speaking with the owner I was repeatedly interrupted by him and was treated like I was some sort of scam artist that orders food from him and then calls to say it was wrong so I can get my money and the food. Good luck continuing to run a business where you don’t even trust your loyal customers who have been ordering from you since the day your doors opened and make absolutely no attempt to correct a mistake you made. I would not order from this place again if it was the only option between eating and starvation.
