Ball Air Conditioning came to my home after snyder did. The big guys snyder sent some sloppy technician and tried to rip me off. Ball came hours after, the technician used boot covers and a drop cloth to protect my new carpets. They gave me five years warranty, I give them five stars!

Seemed like good upfront guys. Performed the service I needed, will see how things go with the plan I purchased. But so far, so good.

Wow! I am so thankful for Ball. My ac unit was so old and out of date. About five years ago I realized it needed cleaning after a friend noticed my horrible power bill and then checked on my unit. I called Ball and got set up with them to come service my unit. The guys at Ball came out and told me that my old unit was so out of date that it was about to die and then they explained how a new unit could fix my power bill problem. Well, naturally I didn’t believe them. They serviced the unit and began coming throughout the years which
gave my old unit a longer life until it died this passed spring. Well, I called ball again and decided to bite the bullet and get a new energy efficient unit. Holy Smokes! The money that thing saves me every month! I kick myself for not doing it sooner. They were looking out for me all these years and I just thought they were selling me a bill of goods. It’s so nice to work with people you can trust. Finally, an honest company to work with!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid for a maintenance contract, Justin serviced our units at our store. A few days later, our air conditioning would not cool our store. We called, Justin said he would be in, didn’t show. He will not return our calls and now our inventory will melt. After numerous failed attempts, we will have to call another company and pay them money that we already paid this company. We will also have to pay our attorney to retrieve the money we already put out and the the additional cost of replacing the melted inventory. Do not give this company your money!
