What a wonderful atmosphere and a great selection of cigars we will be back. On our vacation all the way from Atlanta.

I am not a cigar smoker. So my review does not involve cigars. However, I can judge for the hookahs, and believe me the people at this place do not know anything about hookah

First time at Aromas and had a great night! Honestly when my date suggested it I was quite hesitant because I never actually smoked a cigar, don’t really like smokey environments and thought it would be boring: Happy to say I was wrong on all accounts! I shared one here and the woman who took take of us was AMAZING. She was on knowledgeable and really cool about helping us pick a cigar that was right for our experience. She took her time and explained the differences between the options as well as let us smell the cigar before purchasing.
She was even professional and kind enough to help me choose a drink that complimented my cigar! Just like the movies lol how freaking cool is that. Btw LOVE the chocolate martini.
Furthermore, there was the lounge which was great for relaxation and conversation as well as a back room complete with another bar, comfy seating and a dance floor! Great music, friendly people and overall a clean, sensible cigar bar. You’ll feel well taken care of here!

Had an awesome time at aroma! My first time here and the owner Scott helped me and Kara my waitress had us right ! Will definitely be back!

Hosted a small team building during happy hour. We had a great time. Each of had a choice of a great smoke. The room was comfortable although there maybe too many pieces of furniture. Not too loud, we could speak with each other. Our service was fantastic. We also ordered several appetizers that were each quite good. I was very impressed. Lastly, because it was happy hour, the price didn’t break the budget! Happy hour pricing! Well done. We will be back!

Went there for Latin night… the only good thing about this place is the people that go there that have no where else to go!!!
Cover was $ 10 like where are we? This is jax not Orlando! On top of that they didn’t have a credit car machine to charge me so I had to go to the cigar counter and wait for someone to take my money.
The patron tequila shot I could not drink because it was obvious it was not patron was very disappointed that a place like this will fill there bottles with cheap alcohol.
The wait stuff was not pleasant or looked happy to work there.
Overall an awful experience.
I would never go back there to get rob.

Very pricey for Jax, FL. The atmosphere was cool. I was charged $ 18 for 1 Hennessy and coke. I live in the DC Metropolitan area and I am an avid traveler. $ 18 for Hennessy exceeds capitalism. We told the server we were new to cigars and to educate us. He did not. Somebody had to find him for our check. And he took 10 min to return our cards. Horrible experience

Yesterday the staff and patrons made my first vist there fun.
Thinking of moving from Naples and AROMA is far superior to the wine bar I frequented in Naples.

My husband and I made an impromptu stop here on a Friday night. It was a relaxed atmosphere and we sat ourselves and it took a while for someone to greet us. Overall, I was not impressed. The establishment is very nice itself. The interior and décor is very nice and has a «trendy» atmosphere. Their cigar selection is mediocre at best. Their cigars were maintained and not overly dry. Their cigar prices were reasonable. Their 1.5 oz of Glenlivet 12 is $ 15.00. A little overpriced in my opinion.
The service was TERRIBLE. The cigar attendant was very rude. Whenever I asked him if they had a certain cigar, he just snapped at me with a snarky response and just walked off.
For the prices and style of atmosphere that this establishment portrays, I expected service than what they have. I will not be coming back here.

I was not impressed, and this is one time that I can say that I know it wasn’t an «off night.»
The drink was fine, but the service was mediocre at best, and the atmosphere was so full of pretense that I nearly drowned. Prices are reasonable, but tugged visit was definitely not worth the money I spent.
Needless to say that I’ll not make this mistake again.

I was here on a Sunday night. Very friendly atmosphere, good music, nice vibe. Very mellow night, had a great time and smoked my first cigar, like a boss!
The staff was very helpful and attentive and also very knowledgeable about their products. There was a DJ on the bar side playing Latin music and it seemed to be a pretty good crowd. We hung out in the lounge area still being able to enjoy the music and got to people watch. We ended up staying longer then anticipated and enjoyed a cheese and meat platter that was delicious and a perfect snack to end the night. We will definitely be back.

I visited this spot on a Monday night. There was only one bartender with a handful of patrons but the bartender was very attentive. He helped my boyfriend and I pick/​recommend a cigar. The atmosphere of the bar is very relaxed, many TVs to watch sports games, and the restroom very clean. This will definitely become a regular spot for us.

I don’t particularly like cigar bars, but my boyfriend does, and we spent a few hours here. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Food was delicious, we had the meat/​cheese plate. Based on previous reviews here, the service was a little slow to start off with, there was one girl waiting tables and one bartender. As the night went on, service seemed to get better. There were not too many people there, it was a Monday evening. Decent cigar selection. I checked in on Unilocal and received a 10% off coupon and was able to use it. One good thing, the music selection can be changed if you don’t like it, just ask the bartender, they run the music off of direct TV.

The servers here must get awful tips.
After sitting for 20 minutes still no server. Had to cut two sticks and pick up and go elsewhere. Sad thing is, i was hungry and still am. Going to the downtown lounge.

This is my absolute go to chill spot. I can always go to Aromas with friends or solo and expect a pleasant experience. I honestly can not comment on what a dining experience would be like at this establishment. However, I can say that this is the place to come for a good cigar (Monte Cristo is my preference) and a stiff drink.

You know what? I’m sad to write this bad review today b/​c I actually enjoy going to Aromas, but now my opinion of this place changed.
I don’t live in the area so I don’t come that often but I have been here a handful of times and while the service isn’t what I would call great, it’s at least usually good… last night however was absolute crap.
We came in and immediately went to the side with the ice bar. We were looking to eat and have a few drinks so I didn’t want to sit on the cigar smoking side. We easily sat right up at the bar as there were plenty of seats available, and sat down right in front of a guy that was washing glasses and seemed to be working the bar area. He said nothing to us, no hi, no I’ll be with you in a minute, nothing. A few minutes go by and a girl comes out from the back and proceeds to say to us she’ll be right with us, to which that guy responds to her «huh?» she explains to him what she had said to us and his response is «that’s fine». Really?! Is it fine with you that she takes our order eventually? I mean you haven’t bothered to even acknowledge use in the past 5 minutes we’ve been sitting right in front of you!!! So irritating. Eventually we just got tired and annoyed by having to wait so long to even be asked if we would like anything to drink so we just got up and left. To which no one said a word.
I guess they just don’t really need the business, because otherwise I would assume their customer service would be a little better.

Salsa music, football and cigars — I’ve found the mother load. I’m in heaven here. Walking in we were debating drinking outside on one of the comfy looking couches. After we enter we decide to split inside in different directions.
The main room — Large selection of premium cigars. But limited in flavored cigars. Sit back and enjoyed preseason games over several big screen tvs throughout the room and enjoy drinks in comfortable leather chairs, while music streamed throughout the room.
To the right there is a door that leads to another room streaming salsa music. With no smoking :-)

Friday — $ 10 Cover Complementary dance lesson from 9:00 — 10:00 pm (sometimes) Ladies drink free from 9pm — 11pm, Guys get a free shot of tequila at the bar (If you see me ask for a dance)
Saturday — South Beach Saturdays (but still closes at 2am)
Sunday — *Sometimes* complimentary 1 hour Salsa/​Bachata/​Kizumba dance lesson followed by DJ Clave spinning til midnight.
Watch out for the ice bar. And ask for dessert — one of the servers is testing out new desserts and everything is great. Staff was sexy, extremely friendly, attentive, and great dancers :-)
