If there is choice «zero» star, I would definitely give them «Zero», it is terrible hair salon to go!!!
I took my preteen son and told his hairstylist how his haircut had done previously. She had hard time to understand and ended up cutting terrible cut. She was very rude and told me «how many kids do you have? You will have to listen to them what they like»
What kind a comment is it to customer!!!
My son said he would never go back. Please do not waste your money and time!

They squeezed me in and it really helped me stay on schedule for my day. have been happy coming here for years and getting good results.
I’m not a fan of this trend to reservations and causing drop in’s waiting — I feel my experience above was a welcome accommodation but it ruins the convenience when on a tight schedule.

On the 21^st of August my husband and my daughter’s had their hair cut at this location. The girls were very friendly but the price was outrageous. I usually pay about $ 15 for not my girl’s since they only get trims and my husband gets his goatee trimmed. we usually pay no more then $ 30 in Twin Falls, ID. At the Pickering Square location I paid $ 60 including tip for the exact same cuts. What a huge difference. I used to have my hair cut on a regular basis when I lived in the Pickering Square area, never again will I go to this location.

Had the haircut experience from hell, here today. Took my three year old son and they were super busy so the lady was rushing to get his haircut. I wish I was video taping because her harshness was near child abuse. She was jamming the clippers in his head so hard he was cringing and flinching. Then she cut him twice on both ears which made him flinch again! I would’ve too! After he was done I noticed BOTH of his ears were bleeding!!! He was covered with hair since she neglected to try to get the hair off of him. My sweet boy was trying to be brave since I promised him Starbucks afterwards. She then proceeded to try to charge me full price!!! Other guest in the waiting room were shocked and told me that if that had happened to their kid they would’ve gone ballistic! And how dare they charge me!!! So not one to make a scene, I told the lady I didn’t think charging me full price was fair. She eventually just let me go. But now my son who has had many haircuts in the past is terrified of ever getting his haircut again. I feel horrible as a parent for letting him endure such torture and rough handling. He was trying so hard not to cry and just to be brave but I could tell in his eyes he was in pain. I honestly can’t believe that just happened today.

Very nice staff at this location! I was a «walk in» and didn’t have to wait at all. I received a cut as I requested, the woman cutting my hair checked to make sure length and layers were being done like I wanted and when I asked offered her opinion. Very low price is an added plus.

Great place to get a haircut, the staff are friendly and it seems like they have low turnover.

I had some time and needed a haircut, so I decided to give this Supercuts a try. Called ahead to put my name on the list, showed up a few minutes before their estimate, and basically got right into a chair.
The staff was really nice and friendly, but the haircut was so-​so. Product selection is pretty small, if that’s something you’re interested in.
If you really need a haircut, and don’t mind being extremely specific about everything you want, this isn’t a bad place to go. I might keep looking around though.
