McDonald’s

This morning, I decided to eat breakfast on the way to work. It has been months since I had the Big Breakfast which is scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuit and hash browns instead of fries.
Right after my order, I was given a pager which is new since my last visit here. Unfortunately, this is where their efficiency ended. After several minutes, I could make out what appeared to be my order. I wondered why the staff were chatting near the fryer when it was in eyesight. As if my mind was read, I overheard someone mention the hash browns would be done in fifteen seconds.
Eventually, the pager buzzed and my order was placed on the counter. Was I supposed to have gotten my coffee when I got the pager? I would have definitely preferred that. The employee who fulfilled my order gave that impression. She had my ticket and must have seen there was no coffee on the tray. I had to inquire about it.
Rather than jam for the biscuit, I was amused when I was given breakfast syrup and whipped butter. I can only assume most customers get the hot cakes add on.

This location sucks. Didn’t verify my order like every other location does and sure enough I ended up with the wrong sandwich. Would of been forgivable but the fries I got were ice cold and not even edible.

I never contribute to the delinquency of a Fox News jughead owner. Customer asks to change the channel to something worth watching and told the owner won’t allow them to change it. Lost my business at this location.

Stopped by this McDonald’s this evening around 8 p.m. There were three female and one male worker. Service was VERY slow. Waited at counter to order for 5 – 7 mins after the previous customer ordered. Finally took my order and realized they got it wrong when they called me to say my order was ready. I ordered a 10 pc McNugget meal with a Diet Coke, a Quarter Pounder (sandwich only), and an iced coffee. The order I picked up was a 10 pc McNugget meal and a Quarter Pounder meal. I don’t know if the cost was more or less but I wasn’t that hungry and was going to share the fries with my child. We basically wasted an order of medium fries.
The worst and funniest part of our visit. See the photo I uploaded — if you can’t see it it says «No loitering pleas. Time limit: 30 minutes while consuming food. Your cooperation is appreciated.» I don’t understand why they’d post such a sign in a restaurant, a fast food restaurant at that, where there is no need for table turnover since here is no waitstaff looking for tip wages.

This is my favorite McDonalds. It’s clean and the employees are friendly and efficient. And they get the order right. One girl there knows my order so if she is working the counter she puts my order in as soon as she sees me so when I get to the counter all I have to do is pay. Very nice!

They have two lanes but never been used. Also if they are about to close. They close at 11pm. There were two of us. About 11 pm. I was behind a car ordering in the drive thru. Took his order. Then. Closed. Nothing said to me. Just made me sit there. Could have at least says sorry we are closed. If you go at 10:45 be ready to be pushed out. They want to go home. Food is good but really service needs help.

Went there a few times to grab something quick for breakfast while on a business trip. Always got my order right. Clean. Fast service. Not too busy if you go inside.
Uh… Minus one star because it’s still McDonald’s…
