Owner is rude and does not take valid Quiznos mailer coupons. Will not ever come here again

If there was a rating less than 0. This place would get it. On today I visited this location after placing an online order more than 2 hours before only to be told by Alex the manager and owner he did not receive my order. I then asked if he could simply prepare the meal since it was already paid for online. Alex refused to prepare the food while speaking to me very rudely explaining since he didn’t get the order online he couldn’t make the order. Alex continued to help other people as I stood in front of him. I decided I would not allow him to prepare one bite of food my mouth touches nor would I patronize his business. I can honestly say I will never ever ever visit this location and plan on complaining to his corporate office about my experience today.

I love Quiznos because their sauces are delicious, their vegetables are fresh, their bread is great and is made of real bread, their cheese and meats are high quality. And of course there’s the pickle and pepper bar with a chance to score even more delicious sauce! This particular location is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the service is super friendly. They always remember my order and this is only the third time I’ve been to this location! Another lady in line commented on how they remembered her order as well! I am sad that Quiznos seems to be a dying franchise. I am glad this location seems to be doing really well and I hope it stays around forever!

A customer in line before us overheard my friend talking about his order and gave him a coupon. The owner actually scolded my friend for passing coupons. He said you can’t share you have to bring your own. He took the coupon but you should never scold your customers.

The owner(Alex) does a great job taking care of the restaurant. He keeps it immaculate and is always pleasant and kind. My favorite is the Classic Italian. I always go to this location because of its cleanliness and consistently good service.

This is the first time I ever tried Quizno’s in general. I was lucky enough to find this location in my neighborhood as their previous few stores are disappearing from Irving. I’ve ordered the Baja Chicken and the Lobster & Seafood sandwiches for me and my family. The edges of said sandwiches were kinda burnt after they’re toasted. But they’re delicious, filling, and at a good price. The staff is even friendly and helpful. While it isn’t the best toasted sub sandwiches(because of the burnt edges), it’s enough for me to make another visit and order. There’s even a salad or wrap options if toasted subs aren’t for you.

Placed an internet order in. And I must say I was truly impressed. With did 3 orders online and when I went in to pick up, the manager had all 3 bags separated with our names on each of the bags. In the bags he had already placed the napkins and all condiments! I will be ordering from this location again soon

I have been to this location several times whenever I am in Las Colinas and have had a superb experience each time. The franchise owner Alex is very professional and personable. I always get a Traditional which is a fairly simple sandwich, but have yet to experience any of the issues from the other reviews. Even their bathroom was immaculate!

This is probably one of the cleanest Quiznos restaurants that exists. The owner/franchisee really takes good care of the place and is very robotic when greeting and thanking customers. I and those I visit with have his routine down to a science. It goes something like«1 Sammy with a drink and chips for here, that’s $ 24.99. On a credit card? There you go(hands receipt). Thank you sir have a good day». He always runs the register and cleans tables, but I haven’t seen him do much else. The cleanliness and canned friendly service is where the good stops here. The food is «meh». I have never been totally impressed by Quiznos food. The bestest turn off for me here is how they meticulously measure the ingredients. Not only do they count the number of meat slices — they weigh it! If it’s .001 ounce over the prescribed recipe, they tear little pieces off. That’s incredibly annoying and really makes it feel like I’m not getting any sort of value. That practice is not specific to this Quiznos either. They’re all like that! They also recently started rationing napkins at this location — another annoyance. Some people really do need more than 2 napkins, especially for messier items where grease or condiments drip out. I absolutely hate when a restaurant predetermines how many napkins I will get. I’ve been tempted to walk in with a set of napkins from a competing resstaurant and then give the 2 Quiznos napkins back because they obviously need them more than I do. This location is almost never busy, so it’s great when you are in a hurry for lunch and can handle a plain sandwich consisting mostly of bread.

I was made to pay for a glass of water here — 25 cents each. The owner told me this was mandated by Quiznos. I have never seen this happen before ! Considering the attitude of the management this is not the outlet would like to go to.
