Jack in the Box

Beware of this location and its manager owner. They have a towing company that sits inside its store and tows vehicles out of spots that are not marked as jack ok the box only parking. It’s a scam. Stealing valuable time and money from people. Jack should be ashamed to be associated with these scum.

This restaurant is the lowest of the low. Their parking lot is empty while every other fast food establishment within eyeshot is bustling with business. Too make bad things worse, the management decided it was the other places patrons parking in front of his restaurant and not his staff’s lack of customer service that is hurting his business.
So he has hired DFW Towes to ‘save the day.’ They made shiny new signs announcing towing enforced and they provide free meals to a couple of douchbags who sit in the restaurant with walkie talkies calling in tow trucks every time they see a customer park in their lot and and not industry come into their store to buy food. 3 cars were towed while I watched.
One man, obviously gathering lunch orders for his coworkers parked in front, went to chick fil a next door and then came back here to order several meals. With hands full of food from two restaurants we walked outside to see that within 7 minutes his truck was gone. It had been towed over curbs and through bushes to get it out of there as fast as possible.
The manager told him ‘he should have placed his jack in the box order first.‘
Deplorable and despicable. Shame on you Jack in the Box.

The food and service are the same as most other JIB’s. After I’ve seen multiple cars towed away at lunch i refuse to visit this location again. It’s interesting to go there at lunch and watch the tow truck driver and his spotter wait for people to get inside of chick fil and then rush to tow their car away. I feel bad for the people that run after the tow truck and then the driver peels out of the parking lot than their car.

Do not support this horrible location! They have tow trucks waiting to tow your car if you park in their lot. They are jealous of Chick Fil A. Hey Jack in the Box, you have so many open parking spaces because your food is horrible! Quit hating on Chick Fil A and open up your parking. You are going to drive away the one or two people who actually want to eat there.

This horrible location tows your car if you park in their lot even to go to their restaurant. I parked and we walked next door and then to jack and our car was already towed. It’s a feud between them and chic fil a. 5 minutes later I had to pay $ 440 to get my car back. I am a business professional that was going to spend my money at their establishment. Never again.

PLEASE DO NOT GO to this location. Yasin Choudry is the manager I spoke to regarding the horrid service and food I received. They do not care about customers, and are next to a Chick Fil A that does excellent business. To supplement their loss of income, they employ tow drivers to tow your car if you happen to step one foot off of their premise, or leave for any reason. The food tastes like plastic, and the service is unbelievably poor, with VERY poor attitudes. Too many good restaurants nearby to ever darken this door again. BAD BAD BAD

I stopped by this place for a quick lunch and unfortunately was not able to find a clean table in the entire restaurant. It was 1:00 pm and I was the only person ordering so they can’t really blame it on rush lunch hour. They appeared to have sufficient staff to have taken care of the issue. The food was gross but this is the first time I’ve eaten at Jack in the Box since college so I don’t know if it was the norm for the restaurant or if this particular restaurant was serving not so fresh food. It definitely was not fresh. Sorry, I hate slamming restaurants but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with the sanitary issue.

Truly want to give a big shout out the the staff that day for helping me with my big order for my students!!! You guys made sure tacos where fresh, hot, and placed in the bags nice and neat! Thank you!!!

Typical fast food. Fast and friendly. I give them 4 stars because we don’t have jack in the box where I come from and I would hook these tacos up to an iv if I could. They are so dang good. I know it’s terrible for you but come on people it’s fast food!

I tried the Grilled Chicken Club on Sourdough and it was good. A bit heavy on the Mayo. I did get the curly fries and don’t recommend those. The seasoning was pretty bland and they tasted of nothing but old oil and I couldn’t even get through half of them. The iced mocha coffee I got was really good and not overly sweet.

Same as always– it’s my comfort blanket.

Cheap, good, different.
We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. I was surprised that it was completely dead inside. I think our entire time there we saw 6 other people. I think a lot of people in this neck of the woods don’t eat fast-​food inside the building they bought it from. We do up north. I almost NEVER eat in my car or take it home. I want it hot and fast and I don’t want to stink up my car!
Anyhow — I really liked it here — we don’t have Jack In The Box’s up here in Boston, so I wanted to try it.
I thought it was great! Well, as great as fast food goes…
The burgers are good — you can actually taste the meat, unlike say McDonalds or Burger King where it’s just slop on a bun. I got a shake and fries too, and they were solid. I also tried some turkey-​melt-​sandwich-​thing — that was awesome, actually.
The restrooms were clean and the people were friendly. Even the few customers I saw were friendly and in a good mood.
So, yeah, I approve! I probably shouldn’t give a thumbs up to a fast food place, but I know when I move down here, I’ll end up here again!!!

Out of all the Jack N Box’s I’ve been to this one has they’re head up their ass. Scene: 11:25am– 10 cars in drive thru line, me of course
the 8^th car. They messed up my order. #8 Combo– Jumbo Jack w/​cheese, with a LARGE diet coke and southwestern sauce on the burger. I got a Jumbo Jack, with extra cheese, no sauce, a medium diet coke and had to pay for the large. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would of
pulled back in and spoken with the manager.
