Beware of buying anything from them. I have been a customer for several years and have moved on after my latest experience. Customer service is horrible, they are friendly on the phone but cannot answer or really do anything to take care of you at all. They could not give me any good status updates on my order, told me I would not be getting a tracking number and wait time could exceed 4 weeks. Then, they charged my credit card and sent me a email asking to rate their service? I submitted my input then get this… because it was not positive, they told me it did not meet their guidelines for submission. No explanation, no recourse. Now the review was consise, factual, used no slang or offensive langulge but it was not compliomentary of their service.(don’t ask me to rate your onlne buying experience when I could not even get a ship or delivery date!). I Also commented how their customer service rep told me they would need to follow up via email and would do within 24 hours. Well 48 hours later(busienss days) still no contact from the rep. Between their no shrink shirts that have only one button on the seeves verus two(cheap) and shrink the first time you take them to the cleaners(and I have bought over 20 shirts and am 20 for 20 on this, now buying elsewhere) I cannot recommend this store. They are cheap but you get what you pay for. I have suits and slacks I have elsewhere that have outlasted theirs by several years with the same use.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this store and the second time I’ve walked out. After over 5 minutes of browsing and a desire and need to spend several hundred dollars on clothes I was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance despite several associates standing around looking disinterested in me. I guess not wearing dress clothes when I went shopping may have sent the message that I didn’t have money. I though the first time was appalling, now they simply lost my business. Expect very poor service.

There is so much inventory in the store, its hard to move. The sales people did not seem to be qualified to help people shop I walked out after 2 sales people were chit chatting with people at the register instead of offering me to check me out.

Fantastic experience buying a suit. Salesman listened to what I needed and took very good care of me. They matched their internet sales price to make sure I got the most value for my money. I often have to replace my suits from constant wear and tear, and I will definitely be back when the next suit has to be replaced.

Upon entering the store, you are greeted nicely and offered assistance if needed. The store is a little small for the inventory but the customer service is big. They usually run sales most of the time, which is a plus. If you weren’t looking for the store, one would probably drive right past it without realizing it was there. It’s located in a strip mall parking lot and the signage isn’t obvious, so I wonder if their business suffers because of this. Either way, we know it is there, it’s convenient, and the clothes are nice quality!
