Kevin was absolutely fantastic! I came to him for help with finding a suit for friend whose dad had passed away. He had us in and out so quickly, and made the overall situation so much easier on my friend.
Then I wanted to buy a sport coat for my husband and called Kevin. He ordered several that he thought my husband would like and we will be going to see him tonight! He is great at finding suits that make the main guys in my life feel like a million bucks, and he does so in such a great way that they don’t even realize that how much they actually hate shopping :) thank you Kevin for everything!

I am admittedly a suit buying novice, but Kevin took great care of me. He presented me with several different options and actually listened to my thoughts on each suit to try and find the exact suit for me. He was extremely professional and the staff as a whole is very courteous. I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else for my suit buying needs. They truly care and that’s what separates them. Highly recommend to anyone.

First of all, let me start stating that this location is the BOMB!!! And I state this due to one person in particular, and it’s Mohammad Itani. This man was a great pleasure to work with in regards to getting the correct colors, and styles that would fit me. He helped me with getting the correct matches for my sports coat, shirts, shoes, and ties… it was an awesome learning experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my clothing needs!!!
By the way, did I mention that I only came in for a tie?! ;) lol!
Do yourself a favor and work with Mohammad to get an awesome setup!!!

This location is terrible — mainly due to the shady manager.
I bought a suit there and after a few weeks, decided I didn’t «love the way I looked» in it. So, I returned it — or I tried to.
When I brought it back in, James, the manager, said he couldn’t return it before even looking at it — only exchange it.
Then after quoting the return policy to him, he said he couldn’t return it because it had been worn. After I pointed out how little sense that made, he said «well… I can’t return it because… it’s been altered.» Which, makes no sense either.
He finally said he was not returning it based solely on manager discretion, and now he’d decided he wouldn’t even exchange it.
He also insinuated that I was using them for a «free suit rental.» It was a rude thing to say, but actually makes me laugh considering he’s a dead ringer for the Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons.
At this point, I asked him to escalate the issue and he said he would «text his regional manager to call me»
I ended up getting a hold of the RM myself who directed me to Frisco where the staff is great.
