I’m never ordering from Dominos again! After taking my order and keeping me waiting for 50 minutes, I get a cryptic call from them asking for my address; after which they hung up. I then called back a little later only to be told that they have cancelled my order! When asked why, they said that the order was directed to the wrong Dominos and they shouldn’t have taken it in the first place(!!!) They didn’t even help me re-order the pizza!

I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. We ordered two medium pizzas, chicken bites, and brownies. Everything was fine with the only crucial fact that the Philly style pizza was half cooked. When we opened it, it looked like it was bouncing around in the back seat. No big, it’s all going to the same place right? We scooped up the displaced toppings and gleefully starting consuming our lazy Saturday treats. The pizza seemed soggy. We soon learned that only the bottom half of the dough was cooked! It was more clear once the pizza cooled and was easily distinguishable from the white sauce. Other reviews on here have experienced similar problems. Serves me right for not checking the reviews. I had half a mind to call them to simply let them know, but after seeing all these reviews, it doesn’t seem like they’re attempting to remedy the issue.

Delivery surcharge is too high causing me to order less often. I order just a few times a year or less, but I would order much more frequently if not for the exorbitant surcharge for delivery. The pizza the last time made me feel sick, it tasted soggy and less well done than it should have been. I’m not sure exactly why it was not as good as usual that time. Read my previous review about that. It was several months ago. Which made me reluctant to buy again. This time however it was very good. I am happy with it. The pizza is tasty and the BBQ specialty chicken is to die for. My stomach is pretty happy about it too. Delivery was right on time within minutes of the high end of the expected delivery time. It took them 38 minutes, they said 26 to 36 minutes. Close enough I guess. I would rather however it take longer and be made well, so I don’t mind a longer time if it means my food is not rushed and is made with care. It does seem odd that over a course of a year or two, the pizza does not seem to taste consistent. The first few times it was great, pick up order, the last most recent time not at all. This time it tastes different, the pizza seems a bit lighter, and a bit thinner than before. Did they get a new crust? Or was it a preparation thing? Maybe it’s just me, I dunno. However it also seems a little less greasy. It does feel a little more premium this time. I would in fact perhaps say it is more of an upgrade. The pizza this time felt a little less fattening than before. I was pleased with my order this time, all except for the excessive delivery SURcharge. Because this super high $ 3 delivery surcharge fee didn’t even include the tip, none of this $ 3 goes to the driver, it is pure profit to line the pockets of the Dominos executives for no reason other than to capitalize off people wanting delivery. I always give a good tip though because delivery drivers are working hard and need the money. I just don’t like that Dominos takes an extra $ 3 on top of this for absolutely no reason other than to line executives’ pockets, which after tip results in almost double the cost of driving to pick it up. But all in all, after this order based on food quality I would be more likely to order again. I almost closed the order this time when being reminded of the exorbitant delivery surcharge, but I went ahead this time. I regret the surcharge but I don’t regret the taste of the food today. Due to the better quality of the food this time around, I upgraded an extra star on this update. Glad I took the chance. Can’t give 5 stars with such a high excessive exorbitant unreasonable borderline-theft delivery surcharge fee though.

Ordered my pizza online. It had been a while since I had domino’s because my son dislikes it. I watched the online indicator and left to pick it up when it said it was done. When we got there to pick it up the employee’s were screwing around and not paying attention. Only one of my pizzas was ready, the other had about 5 minutes still. When we got home we found our pizza had mushrooms. My husband is highly allergic which is why I ordered it without them. The manager said he would remake it but I would have to pick it up. I insisted it to be delivered and he agreed but said it would take 45 minutes. We will probably just throw it away when it gets here because I’m sure it won’t be safe to eat. My advice. .Go to Northwood Pizza, it’s worth the extra money.

I’ve been to this location once before, and this time it was literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. My friend and I go to the store at 1015 pm and attempt to open the door since the sign says their atore hours don’t close until 1 am and carryout at 11 pm. It was locked, and eventually a man came to the door saying they are closed even though there was another crewmember working inside. They don’t close until midnight on weekdays as well so this made no sense. Open signs were on, lights were on, and they straight up closed early and closed business for no reason. It doesn’t get much worse since the rest of the reviews have bad food quality.

Corporate needs to do something about this location! The owner obviously has no self respect. The food he allows to leave his establishment is a damn shame to the dominos brand. I tried this place again last week because I was STARVING, and I was so mad at myself for giving them another chance. They don’t season the crust right, either too much sauce or too much cheese, they can’t get anything right. This franchise needs to be shut down or the owner needs to be forced out.

This is the closest location to me so I decided to place an online order for pick up. Arrived about 30 minutes after placing it but the employees seemed confused and couldn’t find my order. For some reason they only had my wings ready but not the pizza. So I had to wait again while they made the pizza. But they did give me fresh wings since the others had been sitting for over an hour by that point. Now I always place my orders through the phone instead and haven’t had anymore problems with ordering or deliveries. Honestly I think the problem with this location is bad training. It seems to have been abandoned by any sort of management. But pizza is pizza and it was great

Yeah I understand the bad service review. Definitely not coming back lol the guy at register clearly had no idea what he was doing. Was kind of dumbfounded on the phone. Everyone else seemed chill. El Oh El where should I begin…(Keep in mind these incidents happened over a 3 day period).First experience, took 20 minutes to get our order correct. Second experience I called, and was on the phone for 10 minutes(not even on hold but, no one even answered). Called back and was asked to hold then they straight hung up on me. Third experience I got off work and went to order a pizza(walk in). They open at 10am but no one was in the store until 10:55am. Even another customer was waiting with me and we were appalled that it was open or even inside the pizza place. FOURTHEXPERIENCE, called to order a pizza @ 12:36pm on August 17th(since it’s the closest one to my house). They pick up and just say«How may I help you». I proceed to ask«who am I speaking to». Their initial response is «Do you want to talk to a manager». I’m confused by what they said since I wanted to know who I’m talking to. After that I ask again, their immediate rebuttal was«Why?». I’m shocked to why anyone would say that to a customer. Then they stay quiet and hang up on me. Just to save some time and frustration, go to the one on Newport Ave. These employees at this location are some of the most unprofessional and ungrateful people I’ve ever came across. If you don’t like your job, why don’t you give another person an opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives. It’s sad to see someone just working for a paycheck. I hope your parents taught you to take pride in everything you do. I will NEVER return to this location! If only Unilocal had a 0 star option…

I hardly ever order pizza and when i do… i don’t get what i order… sad face. They screwed up my simple order of gluten free ham and pineapple, and gave me pepperoni. It took took half an order for my pizza to come the second time… i finally got it after my husband finished his. Nice. :/

If you like Domino’s pizzas, avoid this Dominos location like the plague! You will regret going to this one. Staff is horrible and incompetent, guaranteed they will get your order wrong. There are other Domino’s Pizza in the area, go to that one instead.

They’ll literally try to take your money!!! Decided to give them a try. 7.01 for a pickup is cheap, after all. The first guy rings me up at $ 17.xx Another guy comes over voids this charge and issues another charge. This time it rings up at $ 8.xx Didn’t even notice until I was almost out the door! So I ask the guy to fix it, to which he says I must’ve ordered with an expired coupon, even though I ordered online ANDTHESTUPIDBOXLABELSAYS $ 7.01. Only after I bring this up does he say a half hearted apology and then make me pay in cash. No great lamps means I went home with a cold pizza to boot. Obviously you can take your business elsewhere.

I have to give this Domino’s Pizza a review. It’s Saturday, April 25th. I had my son’s birthday party at Northwood Park in Irvine today and needed a local pizza place to deliver pizzas to the park so no one would have to leave the party and drive to get food. I chose DP and called yesterday afternoon: 3 large pizzas for noon delivery: Cheese; Pepperoni and Sausage; Ham and Pineapple. Order guy was nice. Then I read the Unilocal reviews for this particular store. 2.5 out of 5 stars? How hard can it be to make and deliver pizza? Lots of poor reviews for other pizza places. I seriously thought of canceling my order, but husband said to stick with them. By 11:30 today, I got a little nervous and wondered if they even remembered my order. I called, but was placed on hold then got disconnected. Called again and placed on hold. It’s almost noon, so they’re super busy. Then my husband taps me on the shoulder and points to a DP delivery man walking in the park. He was suppose to call me to find out where I was in this large, busy park. Oh well. Might not even be my order. It was 11:50-something, so maybe. Sure enough it was. It was a young Asian guy with my 3 hot perfectly made pizzas. Nice and courteous guy. Why all the bad reviews? I don’t know, but all I can say is I have to give this place 5 stars today. Thank you DP for the great pizzas and perfect delivery!

Horrible dominoes, I won’t be ordering from here again. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:45 and I got there a bit early, knowing it may not be ready yet. After it was supposed to be ready and I asked them for the second time about our order, I heard them calling it out and realized they hadn’t even started making it yet… We didn’t end up getting our pizza until 5:58 when we had to be somewhere at 6 p.m. with it. My mom started to complain and so the manager finally came out and gave the pizzas to us for no charge. When I started eating the pan pizza I realized it undercooked. Had we not already gotten them for free because of the time lag, we would have called and complained. My brother told me he’s also had issues with this location before and their lack of having the pizzas made on time.

Ordered a pizza from here was craving a dominos pizza. Super fast delivery thats what the one star is for not to mention i think that is the minimum allowed. I asked the driver for crushed pepper and he told me they now sell it. I was surprised! Dominos you guys hit a new low trying to charge for crushed red pepper!
