Round Table Pizza

I like their pizza, but their dough hasn’t been that great the last few times we’ve been. They are a bit pricey for chain pizza, and don’t have many specials that I’m aware of besides their lunch buffet.

Okay the other day we went for lunch. The workers are nice. The pizza is decent. But doesn’t seem order cares too much about bringing in business. The beer on tap doesn’t work. Bathrooms are mediocre. Something has to change in order for me to come back the prices are too high. really the extra for customer service.

Your delivery fee is outrageous. $ 3.50? Really? This affects your drivers tip guaranteed, so I hope he gets a portion of that. Your pizza is already over priced and now the audacity to charge $ 3.50? $ 2.00 I can live when but that’s just ridiculous.

Great pizza and great service.
We ordered twice this week from this round table. Pepperoni, Maui Zaui, and BBQ Chicken. All are great, fresh and hot.
Very nice customer service and quick, easy ordering on the phone. Delivery is fast and driver gave us coupons and some free twisted bread.

It’s upsetting that it took 2 hours to deliver one pizza. We called the manager twice and all he said was «i’ll call the driver… «the pizza was cold by the time it was delivered. disappointed :(

Round Table has pretty decent crust and toppings. I especially like the white garlic sauce on all of my pizzas, but I like the red sauce as well sometimes.
I’ve been to this location a few times now for both take out and haven’t had any real issues. While I’ve always felt Round Table is the most expensive of all the pizza chain restaurants, Domino’s has deteriorated and I never liked Little Caesar’s.

I understand that it’s busy but there’s no need to be rude to your customers. I tried to order and have delivered but was out on hold for 10 minutes 2 separate times so I decided to take the drive down and carry out. Upon arrival I was ignored for about 5 minutes so now I became upset it takes a lot for me to finally go over the edge but this is ridiculous. Employee asks me finally what do you want? What do I want? I want you to get that shit eaten grin off your face and treat customers with respect. After giving my 2 cents I said I’m not going to bother and bid this place fucking ado. Won’t be back and will stick with MOD Pizza going forward.

I can never understand folks who work retail, but completely lack in people skills. No smile, no personality, not even a hello. It just amazes me. Pizza is always good and consistent.

This location was on point!!! A live person picked up the phone within 3 rings and gave me an estimated time of 15 mins. And they did not make me wait anymore than that!!! Phone order was easy and specials made even more perfect (50% off any large pizza order). I was in a pinch!!! I did not calculate my time correctly and I needed pizza in 30 mins or less, since I was hosting a party!!! I basically was on hold for Pizza Hut and Domino (3 different lrvine locations for 5 mins, until I gave up). So wasted time and I was expecting 13 ppl.
As expected, came in to the location… I paid and waited about 5 mins. (Quote till pizza was ready 15 mins), so it was ready when they quoted! Awesome!!!
Nothing but compliments from my guest about how delicious the pizza was: meat lover, chicken pesto, Maui zaui and regular pepperoni total of 4 pizzas!!!
It seems as though this may be run by a family because every time I have ever ordered there… is care (customer service). So THANK YOU for great pizza and making the night a success!!!

Relatively good Pizza. Kind of expensive I paid 25 bucks for a large veggie pizza with 4 topics and it wasn’t even delivery.

Was a Big Fan of Round Table Pizza sometime back, as a National Company and it’s quality of food items offered. Fast forward to today, and all I can say is What Happen to Round Table Pizza? What we order tonight was so bad that my wife actually called back the manager to complain of brunt food and low quality product of pepperoni and sausage, along with their boneless chicken pieces and cinnamon twisty bread for desert, All burnt and tasted like it was well past their «Expired Due Date»
The manager was nice enough to re send out a new order, but it was still terrible and burnt, but tasted the same, so we figured that this problem must be at the corporate level, to allow things of this low quality to be sent their restaurants and allowed to cooked for customers
We will not be ordering from this Round Table location or any other Round Table Pizza unless we hear that food quality has gotten better. This was a $ 50 dollar order of heart burn, I spent for a terrible dinner and desert,

Friendly employees, fast quick service and the pizza is always fresh! Never had a messed up order and the flavor is great!

So I ordered pizza from this location again tonight (I should learn my lesson and stop ordering pizza from this place) anyway, I go to pick it up and asked the lady that works there for one ranch, she responds back «54 cents»
I give her my CC since I didn’t have change then she tells me I HAVE TO get two she can’t give me one ???
I ask for the manager, he comes and says that I can’t give you one ranch you have to buy two, at this point I gave up, telling the guy I don’t want it anymore and about to walk out of the place. Then he really pissed me off really bad…
He raises his voice while I’m walking out and says «RANCH IS NOT FREE, AND YOU ALREADY GOT 50% OFF ON YOUR PIZZA «.
Really ??? ARE YOU KIDDING Me???
First of all, don’t offer a promotion, or if you do, at least honor it like majority of businesses in this country. This is business 101 .
Second don’t ever be rude and through it back at your customers face when he already gave up and is leaving your store without getting what he wanted it.
Third, don’t ever tell your customer that he HAS TO by TWO or you won’t give him one ranch. Instead give him the one and write it off as business expense if you’re that cheap.
And lastly, when you make a rude comment, sentence it well, you ********. I did give you my Card…
Anyway, Suggestion to all of those customers reading this review, don’t waste your time and money here just not worth it.

Had garlic cheese twist for the 1^st time last week, at the Apple Valley store. They were so delicious full of cheese and soft and crisp, this spot here in Irvine was a huge disappointment. The only reason I gave a star was cuz the pizza and wings, come on guys get those twist together ppl.

If you are craving pizza this is definitely not the place to go. First of all I am very upset with the service at this location. Delivery takes over 45 mins for 1 pizza (ridiculous!), second they charge $ 20 for a large pizza that clearly looks like a medium size (they really should rethink their measurement procedures), third the pizza was terrible. We received our pizza cold, too saucy, and the cheese tasted like paper (YUCK!). I called to verify on the size of the pizza and they were not helpful whatsoever. I will never ever purchase from this business again & I have already posted about this on all social network sites. Good luck with your business.

I am usually not a fan of chain type restaurants, but when I go visit my parents in Irvine, chains are all over the place so not as many options! Anyhow, I have to say that the pizza at this Round Table location is better than most popular pizza places I have tried in Los Angeles. We always order the vegetarian and it is cooked very well, the dough is just the perfect texture and they put the right amount of sauce, cheese and veggies– just delicious. I really do love this place, it definitely is a little pricey as others have mentioned but you get what you pay for. You are probably not going to get a great $ 5 pizza at some other location.

Getting pizza from a chain is sometimes hit or miss but what I can confirm is that if you want leftover pizza where the crust is not like cardboard, get PAN.
Next item is their Polynesian sauce — ask for light and you’ll have one heck of a pizza.

I am in my mid 20’s and have never tried this place until now. I had always thought this was just another fast food pizza joint that isn’t worth my time and sophisticated palate, but DANG was I wrong. I kid you not, I have always seen round table pizza everywhere but did not know they serve so many good gourmet pies. So one night, I decided to try this place because I had a 50% off any items except flatbread and ordered the Chicken & Garlic gourmet premium pizza. I chose this pizza because I am not a fan of tomato based pies, this pie has a garlic white base. The order came out 12 – 15 minutes later and I was just shocked that this entire time I had overlooked this place. Forget those darned high-​end pizza places, Mozza pizzeria can kiss round tables ass.
I also like the fact that the service was also friendly and very quick.
