I stopped by on 6÷25÷2016 at 11:40PM because I understood they close at 12AM… I was pulling into the parking spot when 2 employees from the register gestured that they are closed… but it was 20 minutes to closing!!! I can understand if its NODINEIN at that time and only Take Out… But to gesture that they’re closed is wrong when they advertise they are open until 12AM on Saturdays. So to the owner of this WINGSTOP… now you know why you dont have sales the last 20 minutes(or more) of the closing shift!

This is the worst Wingstop. I know that this Wingstop is slow. I called my order in about 2pm one time. I made it all the way from downtown L.A. in 30 minutes. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my fries. Another time I go to pick up our order and my food was over $ 30 bucks but they refused to take my $ 50 bill. I think they did have a sign that they did not take bills larger than $ 20. I just dont understand a business of this magnitude not taking $ 50 bills. Today 06÷02÷16, tried to call in my order and they put me on hold for 3+ minutes. After they picked up the guy is taking my order and talking to someone at the same time. I just hanged up the phone. Low class. Just have to fight the traffic and go to Wingstop on Century or go to Art’s Wings and Things.

Waited a long time for my order okay understandable. Got my order wrong okay mistakes happen. I asked for bone in I NEVER eat boneless. You would think if they got it wrong the first time they would make it right… wrong. I was missing a chicken one chicken okay but I was already upset they didn’t get it right the first time and didn’t apologize said they’ll throw a extra one in there this time went in the car checked my order to see a great amount of grease on my lemon pepper it was disgusting at this point I just wanted my money back so I went back in the manager sighed and said what now… How rude when the problem was on their end! Anyways I got my money back I will not be returning. And still didn’t get an apology. Terrible service.

I ordered online at 4:55pm order was said to be ready by 5:19pm. Went to pick the order up @5:15. Didn’t get to the counter till 5:33. order wasn’t ready until 6pm. Several people returning with wrong orders. NEVERGOINGBACK Didn’t get my fries. Apology from employee insincere.

I ordered my food online. The 15 piece combo, all flats and well done. Lemon pepper and the Louisiana Rub flavors. Omg! Sooo freaking good. The cute hispanic girl who rang me up was so nice and pleasurable. And the guy who actually made my food did an awesome job. Im super picky about my chicken and he did it perfect. I will always come to this one from now on. Hopefully ill get the same service each time. Idk why there is so many bad reviews, but i never have any issues when i come to this location.

Placed an order online for pick up. When I get to the store to get my order there is a poorly written sign on the door about their system being down so they aren’t getting online orders. I go to the counter and the employee reiterated that they aren’t getting the orders because the system is down. Very disappointing experience, they could’ve called instead of waiting until I get to the store to find this out. I would think it’s obvious that people placing online orders is for speed & convenience. So they should be called so they aren’t wasting time. This type of service isn’t even worthy of 1 star.

I was very happy when Wingstop opened on Manchester and 3rd in Inglewood. It’s very close to my home. Needless to say the food and service was very disappointing. I ordered a 20 piece and carrot sticks. The wings were dry with no season and very little sauce. They forgot my ranch dressing. I called back up there and the manager just said sorry. However, I now go back to my old Wingstop on Century and my orders have been perfect. The drive may be a little longer but it is well worth it.

2÷7÷16 They actually deserve NOSTARS!!! THINKTWICEBEFOREYOUORDERHERE!!! This is the WORSTWINGSTOPEVEEEEEEERRRRRR!!! Full of Wall to wall pissed patrons! What is the point of placing your order over the phone just to wait 1+ hour to pick it up?! Not only was the order ready waaaaaay past the 20 minutes I was told, liars… they forgot to give me 40 wings of my 100 wing order!!! Now, I understand it’s Super Bowl Sunday, but that is NOEXCUSE for the sloppy incompetent service that I received. This store needs to plan better when it comes to an abundance of orders at one time. Needless to say, this WingStop is at the top of my DONOTORDERHERELIST!!!

Run! Every single Unilocal review is right about this place. Is horrible customer service. Be careful when placing an online order because they will never receive it! I understand how if you get a confirmation number. Maybe is not the employees fault, maybe is their system. Whatever it is they need to get it together. Employees are just straight out rude about how they choose to handle the situation. Situations which where they are at fault.

Pissed to the highest level of pissivity! Placed an online order 2 hours ago as I volunteered to pick up the food for a PJ Christmas party. Got here to pick it up only to be told that they never received my online order(«our system down») and I had to place my LARGE order again and wait. And wait and wait as people walked in and walked right out with their food because they placed smaller orders than me. I’m pregnant, starved, late, and did I mention pissed?!? And I have yet to receive even a modicum of an apology for the inconvenience. Never again. Want to support businesses in your own community but…

uhmm WTH!!! isnt the point of making an order over the phone is to NOTWAIT when you get there to pick it up? someone how ordering over the phone and being told 15mins turned into an hour. Which, when we got there they looked at us like we were aliens or something. finally after an hour and 15mins, we get our food. IT’s cold! sooo was it just sitting there while we waited or do you guys make food at freezer temp? so confused… ah! and the employees… there was no «it’ll be ready in 15mins» they just ask what i ordered and looked at me, uhmm hello i need to know how much longer i will be waiting for a damn 3 piece, yes a damn THREE piece. train your employees to communicate!

I am a regular Wingstop customer, so I am fully aware that they can become very busy and very backed up in terms of placing orders. So, I always make sure to either order online or call my order in ahead of time. This was one of the rare times that I came to this particular location. I placed my order on the Wingstop website and received my email confirmation that my order was received. Only to find out once I arrived that they do not take online orders. Why was I able to place an order on your website if I would still have to wait once I arrived? That completely defeats the purpose. However, I did appreciate that the young lady at the register was apologetic and tried to rush my order for the inconvenience.

This wing stop was packed. People waiting all over the place. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes and never seen no one come out with their order. They were very good at taken orders and pronounced my name correctly. They do need to tidy up a little where self serve beverages are served other than that the recipe is the same

So you know how you see a place with a low rating on Unilocal and then you see a bunch of complaints about the customer service? Then you think — yeah of course the service sucks. I’m going there because of the food! Well in this case, the service was the usual but the food… turrble! I called in my order exactly 15 mins in advance. 10 piece, bone in, 5 original hot, 5 lemon pepper. Chicken only. When I got there 15 mins later my chicken was already cold. Of course I didn’t notice this until I drove away and grabbed a wing otw home. But I thought to myself hmm that’s weird but I’m hungry. Oh well. Now I’m sitting at home with a stomach ache I’ve had ever since(didn’t eat anything other than these wings). Moral of the story: pick another Wingstop. Yes the service will suck there too but at least the chicken will be good! Feeling like I feel right now is no bueno.

Worst wingstop experience ever the store hours are 11am — Midnight I placed an order online at 1057pm got confirmation that it would be ready by 1117 And I arrived to pick up my order at 1122 and to my surprise the doors were locked and the two guys at the register tells me that sorry we are closed we can’t take any orders I yelled at them through the crack in the door that I ordered online and was there to pick up my meal for my family and the response was sorry the registers already closed out at 1122pm totally unacceptable business practice and I will not ever buy anything ever again from this location not even water if I was dying of thirst!!!
