I order online for Wingstop on century. I get there at the time indicated online and still had to wait 20 minutes. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. I get my food, my bad for thinking they got my order right. I did not check before I left. Rushing to get home before the game tonight and I’ll be damned the fries are half way cooked, the wings are not crispy and there’s no dipping sauces. I get back up there and 1st off the lady taking orders in the front is cool as a fan to me. Even if she is having a bad day she’s cordial. I get there and have to wait another 30 minutes now I’m like come on man. The game about to start. The guy from the back come back with a regular fry. Mind you I had a family combo. Then when I call him on it they want to get mad because they messed up my order. There are way better wing spots. They just not in Inglewood. I would spend my money elsewhere and feel appreciated. This spot and their service ain’t worth my time or my dollars.

Cautious when ordering online as orders aren’t always ready. Ordered online and arrived 35 minutes to an incomplete order. The girl ringing customers completely ignores me and after waiting in line and ready to pay says she can’t charge me yet and ask that I return to the end of the line. An upsetting experience. I will not return. Don’t ignore the other reviews, they are posted for your protection.

My experience here at this location was horrible. Evening crew service was good. The cashier did her part to explain the menu and suggested what to get. But if you like salty food this is the place. Wings and fries had way too much salt, the waiter was kind enough to change the fries for veggies and exchange the wings for a different ones but they still was salty and was disappointed service was great the waiter even brought the wings for us to our table.

i ordered online and due to the reviews, didn’t go pick it up until an hour later when in reality my food was ready when it was supposed to be at 930. they were kind enough to remake my wings. order was precise(ordered through Unilocal) and everything tasted really good and fresh except for the«sweet tea» but overall very satisfied with the meal and easy ordering process.

This is the slowest restaurant ever! I called several times before driving to the location to ensure my order was ready when I got there. The registers are outdated the girls are writing there orders down. With the amount of volume generated here at this location efficiency in updated register systems and employees that work with urgency to satisfy the demand. Please advise management.

Just had to put one star because the staff is actually nice HOWEVER, I placed my order online at 4:20pm to pick up at 4:40pm I arrive at 4:40& no one has a clue what order I’m here to pick up. Thennnnnnnn the order came«thru» at 5:00pm! This is ridiculous what’s the point of online ordering ?! I’ll just stick to my Lawndale Wingstop! Ridiculous! 5:03pm & I am still here waiting for my food

Ordered today around 12:30pm, 02⁄16. There was no one in line when I came in. I was told it would be 14 mins. It took nearly 30 mins to get my boneless wings: lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and bbq. My batch of boneless wings were super overcooked, really dry and hard. There was hardly any Lemon pepper flavor on mine. Super disappointed and a waste of my money.

Okay the food is good the staff is nice BUTIFYOUWANTWINGSORDERTHEM2hrs Early because that’s how long I had to wait for mine inside I just saw how the people that came later had to wait maybe 20min and they got their order I got so pissed it wasn’t only me who was waiting some other guy behind me saw what was going on and complained about it too. Been to many other wingstops and had no problem with my other. I had my order wrong twice in the same day, same order. I got the wrong flavor on half of my order, drove back to fix it, just to find out as I ate the wings soon after, i was missing pieces.

You’ll get exactly what your ordered, the customer service is great, but baby, it’s gonna cost you! You will pay in time and money. Call before you get off of work if you want it waiting for you. Seriously, I love the wings but I always walk out spending 40+ dollars and I don’t really love wings that much. See my po boy review for something worth 40 dollars.

Every time I go it’s never been a problem. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews here. We ordered through the app and it was a great experience. Got there and picked up the food. I ordered the original hot and lemon peppper wings and they were delicious. Overall, no complaints.

I called 5 times and was left on hold for 5 min + all I wanted was to order a 10 piece wing meal. I finally said no I will not be placed on hold… can you take my order? They did but still arrived at the time they told me my food wasn’t ready. Never again! Rather shoot a pigeon fry em and eat em before ever going back to this place!

I just finished eating my food, and I have to say that was the nastiest food I’ve ate in a very long time. The wings weren’t even wings, they were just skin and bones. No meat. I don’t eat wings very often so it was disappointing that I paid over $ 25 for two. I would wayyyyyy rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Never eating here again. Oh and their fries were disgusting. Not the same wing stop as before.

Modern technology for a tech world! Everybody here is complaining about the wait, the people, the rudeness. Skip past all the foolishness and order online. You have this option, use it! They give you a pick up time and a option to pay at pick up. Check your order_make sure it’s not soggy or undercooked before you leave-and of its not what you want, slide it back across the table and have them remake it or opt out of the order. In the end, This is Wingstop, a franchise. Like WENDY’S. DID y’all somehow forget? Each one sales the same thing and they all pretty much taste exactly the same.
