I’d like to up my rating for this company. They have upgraded their policies. Now if you call them they WILL share prices over the phone. This is a huge benefit for me and I have started buying more equipment from them as a result.
I still give it a 4 star rating because they have a lot of lower quality stuff in their store. I am sure this is because that is what many of their customers «think» they want to buy. But still– I prefer stores that focus on high quality items.
Regardless– all around good store.

Old review from 2012…
Nice enough of a store. They sell a mix of good quality equipment and some of the very cheapest stuff that will break quickly. The people that work there seem knowledgeable enough and are nice enough.
The prob I have is that if you are thinking about buying something and you call to find out how much it is, they won’t give the price over the phone. What the heck is that all about? We know what you guys are trying to do. You want us to come down and see how much the item is, then realize even if it isn’t the best price we’ll just buy it because we’re already there.
This is having the opposite affect. Instead of being something that encourages me to come in, I just avoid the place. I only go here if I am in the area and NEED something fast. Otherwise I’ll support the companies that are helping me to run my own business wisely.
