Just went through the drive-thru to grab a quick snack for my girlfriend. She got chili and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets weren’t cooked all the way — the breaking was still soft. They didn’t give a spoon to eat the chili with either. The chili was also cold. I’d say bypass this place and go to the Kroger down the road to pick up some chili and frozen nuggets if that’s what you’re really craving.

Slow, dirty, and the floors are sticky. Keep driving if you are looking for quick service and hot food. This place has had poor management for way too long.

I wish it were possible to give ZERO stars! Just as Mike H. said, this place serves up the WORST service I’ve ever experienced at a Wendy’s. When that was pointed out to them, everyone behind the counter decided to have an attitude. So, to start, we waited in line for 15 minutes before our order was even taken. After the first one of us ordered, the cashier said, «I wasn’t listening. Can you repeat that?» Really? After our order was placed and paid for, it took another 12 minutes for then to get it on the tray. So, 27 minutes after walking into the restaurant, we were able to sit down and eat our COLDFRIES! The staff members are all very unprofessional, and they have absolutely no customer service skills. PATHETIC! Let’s see if the call to the corporate office does any good.

Some of the worst service at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Everything from being just plain ignored to somehow making it my fault that they didn’t realize I wanted all of the usual trimmings on my burger combo. They don’t ask and if you don’t tell them, they hand you a piece of meat on a bun. Don’t go out of your way to go this one. They really just don’t seem to care. My review is based on 11 years experience with this particular Wendy’s just down the road from my house and I must say, it’s always been bad.
