Largest chicken salad sandwich I have ever seen! Great price and super friendly staff. Worried about business. Not a lot of product made and shelves are empty. Noticed that business hours have been cut back too. Sad to see local businesses struggling. Best advice, portion control and cleanliness. Leaves blown in and table/chairs scattered. A little more love and I’m sure business will improve.

Great place to get pastries. The blueberry muffin was very good. The cinnamon pull apart was not the best. This isn’t a place that I would suggest that you go if you are looking for anything other than pasteries, bread, or deli meats. They also have coffee and soup.

A tiny little shoppe that kind of reminds me of some that you can find walking the streets of New York. With what space they have, it is filled with shelf full of goodies. They even have a single shelf with some gluten free goodies, which includes Caveman Cookies and Newfangled Confections’ Sweet & Spicy Pecans(I would call ahead to see what they have). The meat selection was decent and if gluten is your thing, they offered a variety of lunch time sandwiches, baked goods, and other baked goods that you can take to go.

Wow, third Sunday in a row for brunch. Never the same thing twice but always spectacular. Chris the chef goes above and beyond with the menu. Had the jerk hash with sweet potatoes. Last week the pulled pork omelet. Will be back every Sunday he has it. Only downside is the brunch depends on where they cater the night before. Do not miss this breakfast.

The real deal! Baked goods are delicious. I have bought bread for sandwiches, and I am never disappointed in the quality — I love the fact that there are no crazy ingredients that I cannot pronounce! I have not yet had a chance to try any of their other food(deli), but look forward to the opportunity. I have always been pleased with the service as well — very friendly people! Update as of July 2013 — I have tried many of the sandwiches on the menu, and I am never disappointed. Hands down the best sandwiches in the area. Please keep in mind that they are handcrafted — everything made to order, so they do take awhile. Definitely worth the wait!

We’ve had goodies(yes, a technical term) from The Bakery at Geist a few times now for company gatherings and I’ve been impressed each time. At this point, I’ve had their berry scones, which are incredible and the berries taste extremely fresh and the scones are just right. I can’t say enough about the chocolate croissants, however. They are flaky and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Were I to live closer to Geist, I would visit them often. At this point, I’ll have to make it a special treat!

Anyone who thinks these are good croissants hasn’t tried rene’s it’s only getting one star because it won’t let me select none.

Oh my, the croissants are fabulous! I’m excited, yet nervous, that this bakery is so close! Great selection of breads, muffins, scones and cookies. The cookies didn’t look particularly stunning; however, they were yummy!
