This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I live right across the street from this location, but I choose to drive a few miles away if I am ever wanting to eat Taco Bell.
The service is horrible and the food isn’t even edible. I ordered from here months ago and got food poisoning. My girlfriend had gone in to complain and the manager didn’t even care. I then e-​mailed corporate and they did reach out, but didn’t follow back up with me.
I think this place either needs to just shut down or get a new manager to do a complete over-​haul.

This place is horrible! They seem to be out of product a lot and we are always missing items. Finally we decided if we want Taco Bell from now on we will just have to make the drive to a different location. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

This place is ridiculous. Our order is missing items 80%of the time at the drive through. The last 2 times I pulled up, they immediately said they were out of main ingredients. One time it was taco meat, the other it was tortillas.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t do 0!!! This place is a disgrace & should close or get an entire new staff. After 10 minutes trying to order, they of course got the order wrong. The girl taking the order, Darci — was totally clueless and only wanted to argue. We tried to diffuse the situation, so asked for a manager. Dorian — WHAT A JOKE!!! He was even worse that her! Stay away from this place — we got our money back (but not the 20 minutes we wasted!) and went to the one at 16th & Arlington — a total night & day experience.
