Almost doubled their prices. Place is a complete rip off now. Paid 18 and change for three tacos and some chips and salsa.

Thought I’d just grab some carry out Mexican on a Friday night. It was about 17 degrees, half past six. I needed something… I thought a nice quesadilla would really lift my spirits after a long work week. Little did I know that a quesadilla along with a side of rice and beans would cost me $ 17.44!!! When I got to the counter, I was alarmed by the price. I said to myself«woah.» I was also alarmed that the man told me it was going to be 15 more minutes. Ugh. I finally got home with the food and noticed that there was very little cheese in my cheese quesadilla. Also I could have poured the beans into a cup as if it was a smoothie. The portions of beans and rice were very little and did not justify the $ 2.50 charge for each. Huge disappointment.

Service was horrible! Dishes came dirty twice, the waitress told me my total was 33.41 $ with out showing me a bill. I had to ask for lemons three times before getting them and we had food but no silverware and it took a while for them to bring us silverware. My food came and wasn’t right. We had a big table so I ordered a large bowl of queso dip and expected to get some small bowls but we just passed the cheese back and forth between all of us. Needless to say we won’t be back

I can’t even believe this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department yet. I live down the street and would often get carry out. That all changed when the last time I got carry out, I opened my bag of chips and a COCKROACH crawled out. I have never been so grossed out in my life. I called to tell them what happened and they just hung up on me. Nope. Never again.

Food is good, if you can get them to get your Order correct. I’ve always called in my order and ordered take out. Seems like every time I order a different person answers, The menu basically depends on who answers the phone! Sometimes my Chimichanga comes with rice, Other times they charge me for it. Same thing with the Chips & Salsa, My order normally comes with a small bag and a small cup of Salsa,(For Example) Today when I placed a order they charged me extra for it. And they need to have at least one employee that speaks good English to answer there telephones, They never know what I’m saying and I have to constantly repeat myself. By the time I hang up from my order on the phone I’m so aggravated I don’t even feel like eating from there. I’m rating this Place with 2 stars ONLY because the food is good. But the Customer Service is TERRIBLE! They are Close to home, other than that I wouldn’t continue to eat here.

When your sign in your window and the time on your door says you’re open until 11pm you should serve until that time. As a customer walking into the restaurant and told that your closed at 10:40p. As we’re walking out the door the same server starts taking an order at a table. Your loss someone else’s gain

They have no Mexican food ! I went with my family craving real Mexican food ! And we read«Mexican restaurant«and the waitress told us there was no real Mexican food; because they don’t bother on making it because of the fact that not many Hispanics eat here … They said they don’t even bother on making real Mexican food ! Wasted time I’m telling you!

Delicious — I can only speak for carry out. I had passed this location many many times and it looks a little sketchy from the outside. I finally decided to go in and was greeted with friendly faces. I placed a carryout order and it was super fast and the food was amazing! The salsa is the perfect blend of spice. I can’t wait to go back and dine in. Don’t let the outside scare you away!

Food was good, super fast. Our waiter sucked and was rude. He did not want to be there at all and was extremely lazy. We asked for a box and he deep sighed and sat down… brought our box after taking a short break…

Great place for your Mexican Fix! Chicken Soup is always good. Bring your appetite of your having the soup because The Bowl is Big. Salsa has been spicy this last couple weeks! Not Too Hot though. Viva La Ha

This place is seemingly sketchy from the outside. Definitely a sleeper. It’s cramped on the inside and kind of dark, but they had the right stuff where it counts. Import beers you’d expect at prices you’ll appreciate. I got the pork tacos and they were on point. Came with lime, cilantro, onion and an amazing sauce. I would definitely hit this place up again and again.

Husband, daughter and I went to my mom and dads lastnight. When it was time to discuss dinner, La Hacienda was instantly what came to mind! He got the beef tip quesadilla and I got my chicken! It’s the next day; my husband woke up at 8:30 and said, babe, I want some La Hacienda. Lol Later… It’s only breakfast time!

Their food is out fast and still taste great. I ordered the arroz con pollo. It was delicious. Their portions are plenty to fill you up. The staff is friendly and the seating accommodates any size group. It is your ordinary Indianapolis Mexican restaurant. But for how speedy their service is, 4-stars is given without hesitation. I would suggest going there any time of day for fast delicious food. Hint: If you are a drinker, try a margarita. They’re very adorable and quite tasty.

When I walked in I thought that I was in one of those dine in the dark places, but it turned out that wasn’t the case and the place just had very poor lighting. I ordered a margarita pitcher«Texas style»(which apparently means top shelf for some reason) from our server who was almost definitely high. When it arrived, it was brown like a long island, so that was nice. When I walked into the bathroom I thought I had walked through some kind of portal that put me in a gritty western gas station bathroom. When I walked out my food had arrived, which was unfortunate because it sucked. Even though this place is octagonally shaped(the best shape for energy flow, according to Chris Traeger), I will not be back.

Only go there if you like to sit in the dark while you eat your cheese dish smothered in sauce. Their salsa and margaritas were great, but I thought there might be more meat than cheese and red sauce.

Let me preface this review by saying I grew up on La Hacienda. Quesdailla Verde, Vegetarian B, and Enchiladas Haciendas are dishes that will always be with me and my reminiscent stomach. However, La Hacienda is much like El Rodeo and El Jaripeo in that they cater to people who want a certain type of Mexican. This is food is more authentic than taco bell, but very unoffensive. It’s good food and it serves its purpose. I’ll come here when I crave chicken nachos or margaritas. Otherwise, It’s La Parada time.

They must have done some work to this place(the interior) and cleaned it up because it seemed fine to me when I was there. i love the exterior of the joint though, the awkwardly colored octagon and the end of the vast, scary parking lot with funky had painted cocktails on the windows? I am so in. The service that I experienced was good. The food was your standard Americanized Mexican joint food, which I sometimes super duper crave. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. I got chips and cheese, combo # whatever looked good that day, and a margarita. I got a standard marg, but I am curious to try the Texas version. I will go back next time I get the craving.

Yup, this place desperately needs an update. Least the food is still good and the drinks are awesome. Service can be hit or miss though.
