Our server is aloof and totally clueless. Our hot & sour soup and crab wontons came with our entrée. Actually our hot and sour soup never came and we had to tell them we were supposed to have it. The server was carting our food around forever looking for our table. When I asked for hot mustard, I got a nose turned up to me, you would have thought that I had asked to speak to the President. Horrible, horrible service! Had to always ask for our drink refills. They cook the fried rice so far in advanced that it is brought out COLD!

I’ve eaten here many times. This weekend was a busy weekend for them but I felt they did a good job accommodating our party and the service was good. I’ve had both over the top amazing service as well as very poor service, so I assume it’s mostly dependent on the waiter you get.
In the end I find myself coming back for more and more so they are doing something right!
PS. Chicken fried rice and the Mongolian Beef are to die for!!!

Dined in at pf changs for lunch and I absolutely loved the lettuce wrap appetizer! The chicken and rice for my entrée was very good! The only thing that I could complain about is that it took a long time for our meals to come out.

Our server, Jake was outstanding! Had great recommendations, like the red wine and pepper braised beef! Kudos Jake. Thanks for the great service abd awesome recommendations! Way to go!

Obviously this establishment or at least the hostess Friday night felt they had ALL the business they needed! We asked how long before we could be seated and she said one hour! It was 5:00 PM on the Friday after Thanksgiving and there might have been four tables occupied! When I asked why such a long wait when the restaurant looked so empty and the hostess flippantly stated there were reservations and others were out in the mall with pagers! No «Sorry», no signs of regret to have an unhappy «guest». I won’t be gracing this place any time soon!

Service blows in this city except for a few places. Food at this place is subpar compared to other PFs. Is it that hard to bring out hot food??!

Awful experience, mainly due to the subpar service. Upon entering, three hosts watched our party walk by without acknowledging us. Drinks were not refilled, soup and salad was never brought out, and we weren’t even given pens to sign our checks with.
