As someone who literally brakes for tea, I’m always a fan of tea shops. This one, however, is the upscale version of a neighborhood tea shop, with fancy teas and accoutrement. And despite being in a mall store, they will actually brew you a cup of tea here (hooray!) This was most welcome on one of our wintery subzero days. Fun to try some new exotic flavored tea. Next tea pot I’m getting will have to be one of the pretty glass ones from here.

They’ve stopped pushing their merchandise as of late and got a new staff WHO ARE AMAZING. They recommend really good blends and teas. (As a self proclaimed tea snob I don’t particularly like their teas but they are good for the most part)
Anyway, now I can go in and order a cup of tea for $ 4-​$ 5 because apparently I like the expensive ones haha. Golden Monkey + Matevana is king and so is the white pear and white peach mixed together

I am new to Teavana. I got a gift card for Christmas and have had so much fun trying out new flavors and types of tea. The tea is expensive but I found seasonal flavors on clearance. I bought the White Chocolate Peppermint tea and Apple Cider Rooibos tea (2oz bags) for less than $ 5.

Teavana always hires the nicest people and this location is no exception. I had such great service while picking out a chai tea to get a cup of. They had me smell several blends, talked about favorites that were like the flavor I picked out, and I walked away with a tasty cup of tea.
Nice conversation, nice people, and it doesn’t hurt that each Teavana has 6 samples at all times.

We were walking by this store two days ago, and a very friendly salesman — Karl — was giving out free samples. Although my husband sometimes enjoys drinking tea, I don’t — but I decided to give it a try this time. I ended up tasting several different (cold) teas (made with tea leaves, of course) and they were really *delicious*! We had a delightful conversation with Karl and he’s a very kind-​hearted person. Then the manager — Bradden — helped my husband pick out the nicest thermos we’ve ever seen. It was rather pricey, but really well-​made. Bradden was very friendly and we had an enjoyable conversation with him.
