Friendly team in store, with excellent customer service. Fast turnaround on cleaning, and nice seasonal offers, such as three sweaters for the price of two in readiness for winter. Chris, John and team really do look after their customers well.
The new home pick-​up and delivery service is terrific, and makes life easier. The driver Micky is efficient, honest, reliable, and error-​free.

$ 12.75 to clean a dress? Yikes. Especially since I bought the dresses at a consignment store and paid less than that! I’ve seen lower prices in NYC. I won’t be going back.

I work in the Broad Ripple area. I use this quaint little cleaners weekly. Customer Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in this area and looking for a cleaners. Do give this place a chance. You wont regret it. You are treated more like family than a customer. Stop by and see them.

So far so good with these guys. I don’t have a ton of dry cleaning needs but when I do they are conveniently located along my daily commute, friendly and efficient when I am in the shop, and responsive to feedback when there is an issue. I’ve yet to meet a perfect dry cleaner. So for what they are and what they do, Meridian Heights Cleaners are A-​OK.

They lost my order. Eventually they found it. Seems expensive to be so disorganized.

I’m glad I’m the first to Unilocal about this place, so we begin with the truth, and not get any further.
O! Look I move to Indianapolis and around the corner is a dry-cleaner…walking distance… around the corner, too. How quaint, how nostalgic this place seemed. I went ahead and gave them all! my dress shirts. Welp… that was a mistake.
If my clothes were a character in a movie they’d be Monica Belucci in Irreversible.
Take a look at that photo uploaded, and, yeah, you’ll notice my shirt — every single shirt — was stamped, permanently! WHAT! I’ve had my clothes dry-​cleaned from Kansas to California and no one has ever stamped my clothes!
They actually iron on your name and address to organize them. For some reason they haven’t been told about any other possibility, huh?
I throw a fit in the store and they reply, «Well…we’ve been doing this for forty years!»
He went on to say, «well…it’s on the tail…» Ummm… I tuck my shirts in when? Oh that’s right… I don’t…so there’s my name on my clothes… thanks Mom for reminding me whose shirt it is. O, and lucky me… I’ve moved already so the address isn’t even pertinent.
Don’t go if you don’t want your clothes forever ruined, devalued, defiled!
